Inger was fantastic! She put together special boxes for us to spread cheer to 60+ members of our staff. Were even able to customize to snacks we normally have on-site - graham crackers and popcorn, and other items. And they were truly, THE best graham crackers I've ever had! Inger is an excellent communicator and was on top of the process from start to finish. We are very thankful for all she did to make it special, and run smoothly. I'm a born and raised Oregonian, living out of state now, and was trying to find a way to surprise my mom with a house warming gift, as she recently moved, and I couldn't be there in person. I stumbled upon this shop through googling trying to find a local business that delivered gifts, and SO glad I chose Inger!

My mother loved all the snacks in her box, as well as the beautiful tea towel that I added on as an extra.

I'm writing this review because not only were the contents of the box sourced locally and thoughtfully curated, but Inger went above and beyond to help replace the original shipment that arrived broken. It's not very often these days that you'll find a company that will respond to you about damaged product. Inger went above and beyond to replace my purchase to ensure my mother received what I had ordered. Thank you, Inger!

Placed an order for a Christmas gift for the grandparents in Illinois on Tuesday, Nov 24th and order wasn't sent out until December 12 or 19th (conflicting messages on when it was actually sent out) but either way not sure why there was such a delay...and it still hasn't been delivered. Very disappointing, as I was really wanting to support local for all my gifts this year. On Dec 8th, I reached out to them to inquire why it hadn't shipped yet and their response was "the label was created and we will ship...

Inger is amazing to work with and we were able to get unique gifts out to over 60 clients - both local and in other states. The best part was I barely had to think about it.
