My boyfriend and I were lucky enough to be the first customers on opening day at the new Beaverton location of Rush Bowls! The owner and employee we met were both so friendly and happy to answer any questions we might have. We both opted for their recommendation, which was the beach bowl, and they’re absolutely delicious! Such a refreshing way to start a hot morning during this heat wave. The granola topping is perfectly light and crispy, which adds a great crunch to the smoothie texture. The color changing spoons were also a fun surprise that I’m sure kids will love.
