I don't know anything about Boba and asked the cashier for a recommendation. She said "I don't know I haven't tried any". I'm not sure why you'd have someone who can't even recomend a drink from your menu working as a cashier. Then, the same girl starts making the drink but stops to do dishes. I sat and watched her finish the dishes before finishing my drink and just had it sitting there half made. The drink was okay but I won't be coming back and wouldn't recommend this place

My go to boba spot, typically consistent, but I go towards closing. Never ran out on boba with me. Milk teas have real tea leaves, I don’t know about the other ones, some drinks do taste like syrup though. But my go to is classical rose milk tea with boba, 50% sugar. Also popcorn chicken and fried tofu… delicious. This one dude with glasses and short hair who typically closes weekends, when I see him, I know my snacks gonna be popping

This spot offers a convenient location, making it an easy stop. The establishment was clean, and with no wait. I tried the bubble tea, and while the flavor was great, the bobas were a bit firmer than I prefer. On the other hand, the fried tofu was absolutely delicious—I really enjoyed it! I’ll definitely be back to explore more flavors and menu options. Looking forward to my next visit!

My nieces and nephews were visiting from California and they wanted Boba so I took them here because it is close to our home. (Aug 1st I think) There were 12 of us so it wasn't a small group, but we were the ONLY customers there. Right off the bat, the front/cashier girl didn't seem very happy at all to see such a big group. She wasn't friendly from the very beginning and seemed very annoyed by us. We had one question about the drink and she wasn't helpful at all but again annoyed. As we were waiting for the drinks, the children came up to the counter when they saw their drinks but she was annoyed by that and told them to stay back and wait. She said it multiple times in very rude manner. So I told the kids to step back and wait. There were one small bench to sit and all the tables were stacked up against the wall. A few of the kids didn't have a place to sit and they sat on the table up again the wall. The girl immediately told them not to sit on the table. Fine! We got off. 2 of the children are special needs so we took 2 chairs that were stacked up against the wall so they can sit. She immediately turned toward her coworkers and in very loud tone and rude as all get out and said... I told them not to sit on the table and they pulled out the chairs! ( with nasty attitude!) Let's not forget we've just spend money for 12 people with drinks. You do the math. That wasn't cheap. At this point I have had enough with her rudeness so I spoke up. I said perhaps you need to have so some chairs for folks to sit and wait for their drinks. We are not asking to sit inside the entire time but some of us can't stand that long. We took the kids and waited outside in 95 degrees weather. I asked what her name was and she said Laura Lai?? Needless to say, we WILL NOT ever come back here again. Why spend or give your money to rude company!!! These types of drinks are everywhere! And by the way, the drinks are...

Ah! I normally dont do bad reviews, or any reviews at all, but the service was just horrible. Walking in i was ready to order right away the cashier just stared at me. Didnt say a word to approach the desk saying she was ready for me. She waited for me to say things first. When i wanted to use my stamp card (it was full and i had a free drink) they deducted the CHEAPEST drink. I requested that they change it to the most expensive one (to get my moneys worth!) They said they couldnt unless they cancel and restart the order. Explaining how it would be inconvenient for them. I shrugged, understanding it, and just paid. When it was time to pay, i didnt want to tip. I didnt feel compelled to. The lady snarkly said to me “since you wont tip its option 4” before i could even make my selection. As soon as i walked away waiting for my drinks i see them gather around and stare at me.

The drinks were very watered down. I asked for 30% ice on all my drinks, and had over half the cup filled with ice. I understand if that means that my drink will not be as full, but i dont like the watery taste.

Very unprofessional.

It looks like recently (through the reviews) that they have had questionable service lately. You are 100% better off driving to T4 in west union in hillsboro than this t4 (beaverton-progress ridge) T4 in west union will be kinder and will go the extra mile. Unlike...

I'm a little disappointed because this was our go to tea house. I always get an extra cup of bubbles so my toddler won't try to get some from my drink and the cashier made a very obvious face at me. Then when I said I wanted 3 orders of the chicken, she put in 4. After multiple attempts to correct her, I ended up having to pay, grab what I assume is the owner, reverse the order and pay the correct amount. Then I noticed my tea was mostly bubbles and ice, not a whole heck of a lot of tea. It was definitely a disappointing trip this round. Your staffs lack of customer service is what hurts your business. The food and tea are normally wonderful every...
