The first time I tasted these cookies were when they were delivered to our staff promoting their grand opening. We were all in heaven. These are fantastic! The shop is close to my home and work = double trouble. My favorites are the classic chocolate chip, Nutella and the raspberry cheesecake. I have also had their ice cream and the portion is perfect for me! Just me. Try the lemon poppyseed or classic vanilla. I have carried a box on the plane as a gift to California and they were a hit. They were disappointed there wasn’t one near them. During the pandemic I had some delivered as a gift - the app is so easy to use. It certainly brightened their day. I also ordered for myself and just the sight of the pink box and the scent when opened was an instant mood lifter. If you want impressive, high quality cookies...

Overall pretty good but expensive. First off, beware: these are BIG heavy cookies. A lot of food, which might explain why they’re $5 each. The chocolate chip is good but very sweet and no savory or butter flavor. All the others were similar - very sweet but not much complexity. There was a trial flavor - chocolate shake. The icing was very interesting and simulated a shake fairly accurately! But the cookie was just plain chocolate. So for the price it’s underwhelming unless you are just looking at quantity. Objectively, the cookies are good and fancier than most. So I’d give them 3-4 stars. If I could go back I would’ve just bought one or maybe two instead of a whole four pack. No way we’ll eat all...

Today is the third time I've shown up to pick up an order at this store and they didn't have the kinds of cookies I ordered and paid for in the app. At least they were nice about it the first two times, but not today. I was told they sold all the chocolate chip cookies to some guy after I had ordered and paid for mine, and they were not going to make any more. This is a genius business model, have the customer order and pay for what they want, then when they show up to get it tell them they sold your stuff to somebody else that came in after you ordered. But don't tell the customer until they show up to get their cookies. What other business operates this...
