This location is the closest to my house and my daughters and I use to visit here almost every Friday before school. The past year I had two different bad experiences that made me realize it's not the place for me. I now just go to one of the other nearby coffee shops or drive to a further Starbucks. Both bad experiences had to do with me ordering ahead through the app. I always order before I leave my house and give it a good 10 minutes before attempting to pick up bc this is a busy location. The first first bad experience I arrived at the store, went to check-in and the woman at the counter said it wasn't ready yet (totally fine and normal). I waited for a while and saw many people come and go. I noticed a bag that had been sitting there awhile and walked over and took a closer look. I asked what the name on the bag was and she said my name. I told her that was mine and I'd been waiting for 10 minutes and it had been there all along. She looked embarrassed but also flustered so I just left and chalked it up to someone overwhelmed. The second time, probably a few months later, I ordered ahead again and went in to pick up. I checked in and it wasn't ready (again, normal and it was busy). The woman at the counter seemed to be more of a manager level and was very efficient at moving things around and seemed to know all the Ubereats drivers very well and gave them very good service. I waited for about 15 minutes and went back up to the counter and pointed to a drink and bag that had been sitting there since I arrived. I told her I think that is mine, the name was correct. I told her I had been waiting there for 15 minutes and she said "well, you need to check in". I told her I did check in and she said "well, I didn't hear you." Okay, she did not care. They speak to certain customers… they call out some of the names… Someone needs to teach them better customer service. Just because people don’t look like them… or whatever.. Treat everyone as if they are the first customer. Speak to everyone or no one… They got my order right which is great to me. Thank you. Customer service sucks. Usually when I come the other people that work here don’t act like this.

My order time was moved back by 15 minutes. I watched others getting theid orders and my order was still not ready. I watched a guy place an order on his phone and got it within five minutes.
