The app was not working correctly and was pending my payment. I went to pick up and the manager said she did not receive an order and could not help me with the deal because it was through the app even though the app was glitching. She asked me to order again, so I did and the same thing happened. It showed on my account as processing but the order was not received. She assured me I would not be charged because they have to process the order for that to happen. I left frustrated with no sandwiches. My account was charged twice for the transactions they never received and sandwiches that were never made. I received one refund. I called the manager again today, she said she remembered me but could not help. She gave me a phone number of a man she said was the owner but did not give his name. I should have asked. No answer and no voicemail. I called the store again and no answer. I will not be returning to this location after years of going there due to the lack of customer service. The staff at this location is always friendly and professional, which is why I feel the issue lies more with the process rather than the individual who prepared my sandwich. The bread had melted cheese at the edges, which I've never encountered at any other Subway location. Additionally, the bread itself did not seem fresh, and the tomato was smashed, leading me to question the quality and freshness of the ingredients. I also noticed that some key ingredients, like jalapeños, were missing.
That being said, I still want to acknowledge the hard work of the staff, and I would rate them highly for their service. It seems that the overall quality and process may have dropped, possibly due to timing or the end-of-day rush, as it was not as fresh as it usually is...
Read moreWe ordered from the night shift around 7pm on Jan. 19th, 2020 at this subway. We forgot to toast one of the sandwiches so we called and was immediately put to hold and it sounded like dial up. After finally calling 11 times they picked up and I told them to toast that certain sandwich.
We go to pick up the 4 sandwiches we ordered and 2 were completely wrong. The last two. There was the wrong bread, not toasted, they put habanero pepper juice on it (which I am allergic to so I'll be sick for a while), no bacon, over peppered, no oil and vinegar, no cheese. Like they did it on purpose for calling. The other sandwich had no banana peppers on it, no olives and no cheese as well.
Normally I don't rant from fast(ish) food places but this was quite ridiculous and I am sick...
