I have visited this location at least 5 times and out of 5 only 1 visit was delightful. On 1 visit my husband and I sat in the drive thru 15 minutes, so the employee could visit with friends. 2nd visit we wasn’t acknowledged at all when we was in the store, so we just left . 3rd visit was thru the drive thru and the employee was the most rude, unfriendly and just down right mean, now I get it, it’s extremely hard working with the public, so I brushed it off, thinking maybe she just had to deal with someone rude. My 4th and final visit was this evening 9/17/25, my daughter and I decided to have a little coffee time together, we go thru the drive thru and we are greeted with can I help you, my daughter replied one moment not sure what we want. The employee with the nastiest attitude got very rude, she acted as if it was holding things up, when in fact we was the only customer in line. She blew, nasty tone and just not friendly at all. We get to the window, and the gentleman that was at the window serving asked us how our evening was going and I explained it was fabulous until the lady that took our order was extremely rude, the young man apologized for her behavior and offered us someone else’s order because they left it. I COMPLETELY understand why that customer left their orders. I am calling for the district manager to further train this young lady, I truly get it, working with the public is hard but not all customers are rude....
Read moreI want to give this place a better rating because of a couple of employees here that actually DO know what they’re doing and understand customer service, but unfortunately I have to give a low one because of the smart ass boy who’s typically at the window. This boy does not feel the need to acknowledge anybody but himself and the food or drink he’s stuffing down his throat. On numerous occasions he has slammed the window open, thrown my food in my face, and slammed it shut once again. He has argued with me multiple times about what I did or didn’t purchase, like I’m not the one with the receipt in my hand or on my phone. On one occasion I asked one of the girls at the window what his name was, she said she was not allowed to give me his name. Another one gave me his name without issue. Read moreWhen I arrived I had to wait in the lobby to order was not acknowledged by any of the employees for at least 10 minutes with no line. Even though I was seen it took a bit to get my order when I ordered the employee had trouble with the pos and when he asked for help the nearest employee simply said that it wasn't her problem and that she doesn't do that. If anyone was a manager it seemed unapparent. Employees where actively on their phone or simply standing talking to themselves with little regard for customers. They also seem to he struggling to track orders. I honestly can't tell if it's simply that the employees aren't all trained on every station or if it's that there's no manager leading the shift. They didn't make my sandwich and had to remind them that I had one, and my hashbrowns. It seems that a big issue is that certain staff deem certain actions not there problem.
