The selection is pretty good, just check the expiration dates. Most of the staff I have encountered are pleasant except for the older woman. I have not ever had a problem with how the store smells unless she is working. I've been in several times when the gentlemen are working and haven't ever had a problem. I have sinus/allergy issues and had to literally hold my nose and hurry out of the store. She seemed offended because I told her I could not handle the smell. Her response was "You haven't been in very many health stores then". When I told her she didn't have to be rude, by arguing with me because I didn't like the smell she tried to turn it around on me and I pride myself on being respectful to others, especially those that work with the public. She was a lot less than friendly. If its her job to assume she didn't do a good one. I have been stationed in several different cities so I have been in my share of health stores so perhaps she should keep her assumptions to herself and work on her attitude. I I am saying this without any malice or disrespect: I dont know if anyone has told you but you have a very snotty and rude tone, maybe thats why I missed that supposed offer you made to do curbside pick up. Maybe that's your normal demeanor so you didn't think you were being rude, however I did. I do not appreciate when people talk down to me. I didn't make a scene, I simply told you to stop being rude to me. So if you don't want to be called out you should probaly check that persnickity tone of voice a you have when talking to someone. As a store owner you should already know every person that walks through your door is someone with a different story so don't make assumptions about about people who are giving you THEIR money in YOUR store because you want to disagree with them about their opinion. Sorry ma'am but I didn't make it back stateside from Iraq to be talked to that way. It would have been nice to see your staff wearing a mask, or at least social distancing. Yes she said excuse me as she breathed into my elderly mothers space in order to bring other customers into her space as well. Maybe she could have politely waited until my mother was out of her way at a socially acceptable distance. And she wasn’t even wearing a mask. I was prepared to spend quite a bit of money in there, but after having to get my mother out of her way, and the way she responded, we just left.
