Mr. Hero — Restaurant in Bedford Heights

Raj Patel Manager of Mr Heros Was very very rude, I tried to make an order and instead of him hearing me out. He constantly interrupted and refused to take my order, so I finally pulled up to the window. Raj got an attitude and kept telling me the total order price. I kept saying, SIR i need to know how much these two combos are. As the manager of the restaurant he couldn’t even tell me that. Than he waves me off, and walks away to go and help someone else. There was only 3 people, one just walked inside and one just pulled up behind me. So it’s not like we was in a rush. Long story short, I couldn’t even order food for my family bc he wanted to rude af. Had to go and find somewhere else to eat, ended up ordering pizza.

Today I tried to order my food online. The app said to call the store to finish order. I did. The man and woman that answer had a attitude with me because I was trying order over the phone and pay in advance. The woman that I talk to hung up on me. I called back to figure why she did. A gentleman answered the phone and yelled at me and told me to just come and order my food. Well I’ll never spend another penny of my earn money to be treated like trash. I will not call anyone out of their names or speak violently. I didn’t deserve to be treated in that manner. That was the worst I’d ever been treated at any establishment let alone a Mr Hero fast...

I am so f@#$ing pissed ! I had my mouth all set for a roman burger with fries. The highlight of Mr. Hero's is their waffle fries with cheese sauce. So I pull up to the intercom , that has two potholes in their drive thru. I start to make my order when the women tells me to pull up to the window. She starts to inform me on how she can only get her fryer to heat to 225 degrees for the French fries. At this point I'm confused as to why she is still talking to me ! If you can't produce my order why are you open or even for this matter...
