Marco's Pizza — Restaurant in Bedford Township

Best way I can describe this pizza is "slop". I don't know what happened to your recipe or ingredients but this is the most disgusting pizza I have had EVER. No matter how I order it or how long I cook it the dough is sloppy slime, your cheese is disgusting and obviously not real and your toppings taste like they came off of a Di-Giorno frozen pizza. Damn near $25 for a pizza and it's disgusting every single damn time. I give up ordering from you guys! Even if I ask for the pizza well done it is just a slimy sloppy disgusting mess that's barely edible. Why doesn't your dough cook??????????? Little Caesars is at least 150% better than Marco's these days and that's in every single facet of the pizza! you just can't compete with other companies anymore your food...

I ordered a small thin deluxe...8 piece chicken wing. Food wasn't horrible for Marcos standards..they cut the small into like 18 pieces..which I've never seen a pizza cut like that..they gave no fs I assure you..and the wings were cooked to a crisp the smothered in sauce to try and hide the over doneness im guessing..I live literally 3 minutes from the store..and I paid $34 Dollars for all of it..I get it it's 2025...but maybe stop having kids literally kids.. 18, 19 and 20 year old that don't give any care about your business name running your stores. Ive been order from Marcos for 20 years but that stops today..im sure you could care less..but with that said I'll see how long your so called pizza business last with the idiots you have running...

I would give zero stars to this location if I could. Guest service last few months is horrible. But Tonight was the last straw, website says store closes at 12:30. At 10:50 ordered a pizza for delivery then get a call saying they can't deliver because the driver cashed Out for the night, well there website said you have 10 mins to make a delivery order. You shouldn't advertise a cut off time for delivery and then not honor it. A few weeks ago put wrong toppings on my sub and then said oh sorry I can give you a five $ credit. Where is the guest serve there??? I had to get him to refund my sub but even then didn't want to. Like it was my fault! Done eating here and we were regulars. They need a new staff or retraining...
