Subway — Restaurant in Bedford

I’ve been to this specific subway three times over a 2 year period. I am a frequent subway customer but I desperately try to avoid this one. The wait is always ridiculous (even when there are no cars in front of you). The bread is always super stale and disintegrates in your hands, and every single time there’s been something wrong with my order. This time left me literally shocked.

So I waited in the drive thru there was one car in front of us. We waited 30 minutes just to get to the speaker. Then once we got to the speaker and the car I front of us drove off the subway employee told us one moment. Several minutes go by. Several minutes. And in the mean time we see one employee washing dishes the entire time (I assumed she was just a dishwasher no big deal). While the drive thru person is waiting on people at the front the girl doing dishes is just continuing dishes. Cementing my belief she is strictly a dishwasher person. Then the woman taking orders tells me to go ahead and order. We order our ONE SANDWICH. Repeated topping for the sandwich after she read it back wrong. Then we pull up to pay and pay. And the “dishwasher” is in there and we’re watch them make our sandwich which I didn’t see them put the Mayo on so when we got it and looked and saw it didn’t have Mayo I tried calling. It took three calls of solid ringing before someone answered. She told me to come inside. I went inside and handed them my open sandwich and expected them to throw it away and remake it (protocol for any restaurant) nope. They took my open sandwich laid it on their counter next to the other customers sandwiches and then put the Mayo on it and handed it back to me, then went back to making the one other customers sandwiches. Him and I made eye contact as I took my sandwich back out and left.

I ordered subway online and paid for it, my son stopped to pick it up for me on his way home from work. He had a copy of the receipt that I sent him to show It was paid for. When he went thru the drive thru to pick it up they said no such order existed It was not in their system, and they refused to give him my food or my money. They said, no such order existed and nothing they could do. He talked to the manager at the window. He parked and got out and went in. They continued to argue that no such order existed that they couldn't do anything about it. He called me. I called up there and they told me the same thing. They did not receive an order. No, such order existed, and I said, okay, I'll just call corporate because I either want my money refunded or my food. Suddenly the guy on the phone and they did not speak very good English. It was sort of hard to understand them. He just said manager and then the next thing I knew there was another guy on the phone who said he was the manager, and I asked him about my order, he said the same thing. No such order exists. I can't do anything sorry I can't give refund, and cant give food. So I said, okay, I will just call corporate suddenly, the words barely got out of my mouth, and he said, oh i found your order here it is we make now. So I'm trying to understand how they had no such order. They couldn't refund my money. They couldn't give me my food until I said I was going to call corporate. And then suddenly they found it and gave me my food, and when they did make my subway sandwiches they were made very badly and barely had anything on them, hardly no meat or anything. I am not very happy. I always go to Subway a lot and I always loved ordering from there, but I will not be ordering from this Subway again. They...

I am extremely pleased with this place. Not only is my food always fresh and clean but the service is always great and the friendliness as well. Id like to especially thank Dustin for being a part of the Subway team. The store had closed as I was pulling up and they already had all the meat and other Sandwich things put away and however else they close down the store I wouldnt know of of course but regardless they had everything put up for the night. When i came through the drive through I was extremely moody and starving. I hadnt been able to eat because I was helping my mother with her new home. And she lives an hour away from town or any facilities at all. Everything else was already closed too. Might I mention im pregnant and the only thing i was craving was some sort of chicken and bread. So I of course moodley expressed all these things and that i was hangry. Dustin went ahead and told them to make the sandwich and pulled the stuff back out just to make me 1 sandwich which . I was able to eat and it tasted amazing! And I left over pleased and left a $5 tip for helping me out so much without the blink of an eye. Thanks bunches Dustin. Your...
