Ordered on grubhub and was missing items(potato wedges from one combo, a fruit punch and the biggie bundle I ordered which was 2 other sandwhiches, and the requested sides of ghost pepper ranch and ketcup)I spoke with Keisha at Wendys bc I noticed the receipt on the bag only partially matched my grubhub receipt. So if they manually entered the ordered then they needed to be aware it was their error plus I wanted to inform them of the missing things. She immediately became defensive and said she bagged my order and implied I was lying and said she deffinately made the drink(im aware the driver may have left my drink there or in his car but the bag was sealed so what about the other things?)she continued to say I ordered my food wrong and that all issues were on grubhub and myself. I tried explaining the receipt on my bag said I ordered a 2 for $3 which I did not. She was talking over me and being catty so I asked to speak to the manager. She stated she was the manager which blew my mind. I asked if I could have the info to contact the district manager. She said to just contact corporate and get the info online. I said then can I request they contact me? I then said what is their name and when should I expect to be contacted? After I said hello a couple times she hung up on me. I then get a call from someone named Tyra who said she was the district manager. She said they do not offer biggie bundles for breakfast so she does not know how I could have ordered that as that was only a lunch special. I offered to email my receipt as proof however I did read it to her over the phone. She said she would just call me back. That hasnt happened at least yet anyway. But it still stands I was missing a wedge, a drink and requested sauces even before u figure in the 2 missing sandwhiches they claim I ordered incorrectly. I am attaching their receipt and grubhubs. They claim I ordered 2 for $3 egg and cheese biscuit with cheese sauce and an egg and cheese muffin with no muffin add honey butter(i received a side of egg and a sausage crossant--which isnt even what they claim I ordered lol)but if u look at my receipt u will see I ordered a biggie breakfast bundle for $5(which they claim doesnt exsist)i got an egg and cheese biscuit add cheese sauce and an egg and cheese muffin with butter spread add extra egg and add maple butter spread. I received a full refund from grubhub and they verified I did not order what they claim I ordered and said Wendys needs to request to have the breakfast biggie bundle removed from grubhubs site if they are not going to honor its exsistence or appropriately fill the orders requested. They also stated they have put in a request to flag the breakfast bundle since I was told this does not exsist. I do not know what the flag does or means exactly but to my understanding if a pattern appears where this continues to occur liability of refund could be overturned to wendys as it creates a default in their contract.
I have had multiple issues at this location and only opted for them today bc they are very close. But to receive a very cold and entirely wrong order then be blamed for it, talked over and hung up on? No thank you. No more chances. I will not...
Read moreThe restaurant was empty except for one couple when I entered with my family. The drive thru was not empty but was not busy for a Friday night. I placed my order at a kiosk as i was not greeted by a front cashier. While I was waiting, a few other customers entered and approached the front counter where they were greeted and had their orders taken. They received their orders rather quickly. After checking the time, I had been waiting for 25 minutes. I approached the counter and asked the cashier for our drinks that we had still not received. I asked what was taking so long, the cashier replied that they were still waiting on my burger to cook. After waiting a few more minutes and still not receiving our food, we asked for the manager. Our food came out just as the manager approached the counter. Everything looked right, except the two dipping sauces I had on my order were not there. The manager offered no apology whatsoever for the wait, and her only explanation was "we're short staffed". Well, why did the other customers after us already receive their food?! She did nothing to try to correct the situation. You could tell by the look on her face that she really just wanted us to leave her alone. When I asked her for the sauce, that they had failed to include, she ignored me, turned around and walked away. I then had to ask another employee to get the sauce for me. It's sad when the regular paid employees have better customer service than...
Read moreThey need to fire and rehire a new staff. They always get your food wrong or they don’t have any food. This place is slower than Whataburger and that’s pretty slow. I don’t understand because they’re not busy. This location serves five or six cars at a time and never is the lobby busy. I’m very confused on who the management is. The manager named Patrick acts like he’s the employee and he’s always confused about things and the employees run him. This establishment is always forever parking cars at night. A few months ago I came through and ordered a double stack and a kids meal and I was told there were no fries that it would take about 15 minutes so I said I would wait. There was one car ahead of me and it took about five minutes and I pulled up and they had my food ready. So kind of a bit confusing huh? There is one particular person that I don’t want to deal with when I come there and that is because she is very rude. Never has a smile on her face. She needs to find herself a new job. If she doesn’t like where she works she’s always bossy to everyone else and not even a manager. She is a short female with glasses and dark hair. Oh, let’s not let me forget about the times that the employees were arguing at another time where the employee was arguing with the manager. This place is just a hot mess. Really truly need to do something about...
