McDonald's — Restaurant in Beebe

Wow. Hate kiosks, so went to the register. Waited about 5 minutes for a cashier to come over. Complete blank look on her face, and no greeting. Ordered 4 breakfast burritos and two Caramel Frappes. The cashier said, not asked, "Size". I said medium would be fine. She printed the receipt handed it to me and read the number off to me. Then the pulled it back and tried to give me a different receipt that was lying on the register. I could see the gears turning, little bit of smoke coming out of her ears as she worked it out. She then gave the proper receipt again and said "here". Those were her only words. Went to wait in line for the food. Burritos came out relatively quickly (about 3 minutes), same cashier gets them, calls the number loudly even though I'm the only one standing there waiting at this time she had just rang the order up and told me my number. I said "That's me", she looked at me with utter confusion on her face and looked around the dining room and said the # again. Again, I said that's me and showed her the receipt. She handed me my food. I said I still need the 2 medium Caramel Frappes. She turned and walked away, not a word. 10 minutes went by, another employee asked if I was still waiting for something, I said yep, 2 medium Caramel Frappes. They said ok and disappeared. 10 more minutes went by, I leaned on the counter and stared at one of the employees until they made eye contact. I said, "I've been waiting at least 20 minutes for 2 medium Caramel Frappes, can you help me?". They replied, "oh! S Sure." Then brought me 2 small Caramel Frappes. My experience through the drive through was awful, at best. I ordered an iced vanilla latte. When the girl on the speaker asked a question, I then changed it to a Carmel iced latte. I also ordered a big breakfast with hotcakes. It was left off completely when she called my order back to me. I then told her he was wrong and didn't put the breakfast food on it. She finally added it. I got to the 1st window and the lady was confused but very sweet. I paid with cash. I didn't get a receipt. I went to the next window, why there are 3 is beyond me when it's obvious the 2 are way too confusing for the employees there. At the next window they asked again for the 3rd time what I ordered. I again told them. My iced Carmel latte was handed to me. It was completely wrong and when I inquired about it, the employee rolled her eyes. It was simply an iced milk with Carmel sauce. Not a single drop of coffee/espresso was added to it. It head lady at this window acted as it it was correct and handed it to me. I took it bc at this point I was completely done with these incompetent employees. It took several more mins before I received my food and in this time I was asked for my receipt that I never got from the last employee. Food was absolutely atrocious, contacted McDonald’s representative due to lack of food safety concern. Chicken nuggets came out of the bag cold and unappetizing, yet charred with black flakes and residue. Fries cold as well, drive through line was a hassle because I was skipped or forgotten and left sitting! I spent $20 even after using the app for discounts but I suppose you get what you pay for. Whenever I first complained about my fries being cold I was refused any service about the issue, instead I was given a complaint on the employees end, something to the likes of “I shouldn’t even be here I’m not getting overtime”. Had my food been warm or at least looked appealing, I wouldn’t be so angry about the service. Obviously you don’t care about me or my families business, so we will take it across the street to Burger King, whopper for life. Admittedly I ate a chicken nugget to see if the charred skin meant it was fresh… alas… to my dissatisfaction the nugget was cold. As I reacted in disgust I desperately reached for the tea in the middle console only to find the tea tasted barely sweetened. As if the tea was old or the unsweetened tea.
