Bubbakoo's Burritos — Restaurant in Bel Air

May not come back. The kid at the end of the food assembly line was taking his hat off repeatedly around the food, chewing gum with his mouth open, and as the person who wraps the burritos was touching his hat and using the hat to adjust his hair far too much for me to feel comfortable eating from this establishment. I watched him do it so many times while the woman and the owners were struggling to get the card system to come back up. It’s an unsanitary practice and he shouldn’t be working around food if he can’t keep from messing with his hair or at the very least changing his gloves out. Won’t be recommending this place to others unless there’s a change. Also, he told the guy ringing me up that I purchased ground beef tacos, I had to correct him and say they were grilled chicken. Guac was pretty good. Queso is better than Chipotle but still could use more flavor. The most prominent flavor in it is bell pepper... But it just didn't have a lot of depth. Better than most fast-casual quesos though.

I selected a sauce for my burrito that I thought I would like. I ended up not liking the sauce at all and ruined a $18 burrito... Which is my fault. I would recommend you get the sauce on the side the first time you try it. There was a lot of sauce on the burrito and I couldn't really taste anything past it. I tried a piece of steak with as little of the sauces possible. It was decently tender but it wasn't very flavorful on its own. Might be different if there was no sauce near anywhere nearby...

GAVE ME AN ALLERGIC REACTION!!!!! They mislabeled food and gave me the wrong burrito--I ended up biting into something that is chock full of my allergens. I'm now having an allergic reaction and may have to miss work. Everyone working there was so confused at what was going on because of how chaotic they had the line staffed; they were bound to mess up. Every person I spoke to had to ask multiple times what I ordered and who the burrito belonged to, and like 6 different people made my burrito (more staff than I had toppings). Management should have run the place much better than what they were doing; I fully blame the people running the show. Horrible, horrible business. Will...
