5 stars for quality of drinks 1-2 stars for my last 2 bad experiences. Last night, 2 hours before closing I went in and the floor was freshly mopped, no signs, the door to the back/ingredients/register area was open. I’d placed an order online and there was no one at the front. After a few minutes of waiting and not noticing me standing there, she comes up and I tell her I’ve placed an order online, she sees the stickers and starts working on the order. She had been moving the cleaning supplies, didn’t wash her hands, fingers inside cup and she handled them all and then scooped the ice in. I won’t be coming back. I’d taken a year long break from here after the last time: the girls had a baby on the counter, playing with it and grabbing its feet while they were making my order. I was tolerating this place when Gong Cha is closed and I want boba but now I just hate this place. I always get the brown sugar milk tea with black and white pearls. I prefer no ice but Chai time does NOT allow no ice in that specific drink, not sure why they just say corporate said so. Which is really strange because any other boba place will make it how you ask. So tonight I go and they are out of black pearls so they said they are not allowed to make me a brown sugar milk tea because they are out of black pearls. I asked if they can just give me white pearls they said no corporate won’t let us make it without black pearls. Why??? Why does chai time have so many rules and not let you customize your own drink. Actually any drink place you go to you can completely customize your order, gong cha, dunkin, Starbucks, etc… but NOT chai time! This place...

The Boba at Chatime, Bel Air is always delicious! When me and my family go, we always end up getting two drinks per person. They have the best drinks here for any occasion! Would highly recommend for everybody!

For starters, the food. Aside from Boba Tea, they have lot’s of food! Ranging from a variety of options. Their food is delicious, and you can tell they take their time making it. I love Chatime’s Boba Tea, and variety of food options on their menu!

Secondly, the service. They always have a smile on their face and are willing to help you! They will wait as long as it takes you to decide your order, and get it ready within less than three minutes!
