The place was packed. Traffic was being directed by officers, the drive thru line was wrapping out of the parking lot and people were opting to park across the street and walk over since the parking lot was full. We went through the drive thru and even with the crowd, we got our food in only 10 minutes. That’s great considering the chaos and the workers were handling things so well and we’re very friendly. Also, the food was great. The chicken fingers were crispy, the Texas toast was buttery and the cole slaw is my favorite. Definitely recommend and will be coming back ourselves.

I ordered the three-piece tender meal with fries. My friend had a different tender meal. The chicken had great flavor. I would NOT compare to Chick-fil-A because it’s completely different experience. There are only four or five meal options which I think is not a very large variety. This allows them to complete orders faster. Next time I will try a sandwich this place is very busy because it is new as of the month of September 2025. You can dine inside outside or use the drive-through.

Chaotic Mess!!!!! Parking lot is so confusing and small for dinning in. Menu very simple but also confusing to new customers and staff just seemed to wanna keep the line moving in and out. Tenders are very small, frys had no crunch, canes sauce was pretty good for dipping, only ketchup and hot sauce available, So bring your own sauce. Over all not bad but not the best, deff over rated for a chicken tender meal.

Okay, there are some things you can attribute to growing pains of a new opening but basic customer service is not one of them. Let's start with the site layout. This location was clearly set up with drive thru service (solely?) in mind. There are maybe 4 parking spots close enough to the entrance that don't require walking across the drive-thru lanes and/or walking along the adjacent streets. To boot, the drive-thru was backed up with cars waiting to get their food. Secondly, we were greeted with a blast of arctic air upon entry. Not an inviting atmosphere to eat in. Not eat-in patron friendly at all. Now for why I was prompted to give this review...so, we order--a 3 finger combo, a sando, and two kids combos--and the wait is on. After about 10 minutes and seeing virtually everyone else in the joint get served and multiple take out orders be put up, too, I had to inquire about my order. I was greeted with a deer-in-the-headlights look and asked, "what happened to your order?” To which I replied, "that's exactly what I'm asking you." The server went to ask another person and then proceeded to ignore me. So I asked again and she asked, "what did you order again?” l restated my order and waited...and waited. Meanwhile another 6 or 7 orders went out. I inquired again to be told my order needed to be remade. Another several orders go out. C'mon, every order is comprised of exactly the same items! You serve up chicken strips and fries. You'd think they'd front run the queue to put together the order for the person who's now been waiting for over 20 minutes. My second--and most certainly--last experience with one of these establishments. I previously went to Towson and stood in line outside the building to see what all the fuss was about. I really don't understand the attraction. It's not like the chicken is even remotely in the "to die for" category. I've had better chicken strips pretty much anywhere. On "chicken row" in Bel Air, I'll opt for Chick-fil-A or Popeye's everytime over Cane's. Very less...

The good: it is food that will pass as a meal. The ice and soda was good and refreshing. The bad: chicken fingers were very small. The fries seemed crispy when they were hot but they cooled quickly, so.e got soggy, and they only tasted like salt. $1.39 extra for about 2 or 3 fl oz of tasteless coleslaw after paying $10.49 for a combo was ridiculous. The mediocre: chicken did not have much flavor and the breading slipped off when hanging. The special sauce was bland and did not add anything to the meal. The crew: people in the di ing room were friendly, but when one asked me how it was and I started saying what I said above, she worked hard at escaping. The crew at the counter would holler out a welcome when one walked in the door, but when I complained about the price and the little fingers, and price of the slaw, they argued with me. They also were hooting and whooping it up when they were not taking orders, very noisy. All in all, a disappointment after waiting for so long for it to open, then another month for it to calm down enough I could get on the lot. Please don't bother offering me discounts, I won't be back for a long while unless my wife or grandkids want to give it a try. I'd rather you get some flavor in the chicken and get some...

Food quality is good. I’ve come numerous times since they opened and the chicken is consistently good.

Another review mentioned the staff seems really focused on just getting everyone through and I agree with that. Drive thru is very rushed; they don’t repeat orders back (which has caused some mistakes to go unnoticed until later), no receipts, often no ketchup after you ask. The staff often almost seems to be yelling at you to get your car moving.

They seem to have issues with their sodas. Went there last week and they had NO sodas during lunch. Went tonight and they gave me a soda that was almost pure water. I didn’t catch this until I got home but once I saw it in the light it was obvious the soda machine needed to be serviced. No reason they couldn’t have caught that before handing me the drink. When I called to complain the employee only offered me to come back that night to have it replaced. It was late at that point I’m not driving all the way back.

Overall the food is good, but there are some improvements that...
