Upon arriving, I was initially struck by the volume of traffic exiting the establishment, which appeared quite heavy. I anticipated a considerable wait. I almost drove past the establishment mot wanting to wait an excessive amount of time.
Pros
Having not visited a Chick-fil-A in several years, and with some time to spare, I decided to indulge my craving. I joined the queue, which had approximately six cars ahead of me, and observed several friendly and courteous employees outside taking orders.
To my surprise, I was through the line in under three minutes; it was truly remarkable. The service was exceptionally swift, and the staff were both kind and menu knowledgeable.
The lengthy queue of vehicles leaving the restaurant dissipated within mere seconds, much to my astonishment.
I recently sampled a peach-frosted lemonade. It included pieces of peaches and was topped with whipped cream, priced at $5.25. It is also offered in a diet version at the same price. It was quite delicious. It appeared to be served in a ten-ounce cup.
The roasted chicken nuggets, priced at $6.29, were cooked to a tender perfection with a variety of mild seasonings. Regrettably, a slightly excessive amount of salt was added.
The portion size appeared somewhat small. The cup, smaller than expected, contained eight nuggets, which seemed equivalent to perhaps quarter of a chicken breast..
The CONS
I paid almost 7 dollars for an à la carte roasted chicken breast which was approximately a quarter of a chicken breast that was in a small round container that fit snugly in my little hand. The seasonings were tasty, but there was way too much salt. I would definitely not buy it again.
I must admit, the shake contains several ingredients that I would not consider suitable for my plants. I do wish I had reviewed the details on the ingredients before making the purchase, but the car queue moved so quickly that I did not have an...
Read moreLet's face it, you go to CFA for consistency. The fast food restaurant industry usually provides quality service and an acceptable meal at a decent price. Who can mess up a chicken sandwich and fries? When you drive here do yourself a favor, don't take a full size vehicle and don't let your teenager drive through this undersized parking lot. It is treacherous, and parking can be a nightmare. I've never really been disappointed with CFA in general, however my last trip was not enjoyable. I went inside at 12:30 in the afternoon, and it was packed (but a short line). Starting off, the first 180 degree turning the lot doesn't feel like it was installed at a legal radius - its tight with cars exiting at the same time from two directions. Once inside I was very specific with wanting extra pickles on the side. They gave me two...and they obviously had not been kept in the refrigerator like I do at home. I looked for a place to sit, every table except for one was occupied and that one was dirty. I needed o clean it myself. When I looked over the CFA manager was very comfy taking up a table at the restaurant with his laptop. I needed to bus my own table so he could write an employee schedule in the middle of the lunch crowd? Waffle fries should look like, well, a waffle right? I must've got everything left in the bottom of the pan because it was very little waffle and many potatoe bits. Please don't call them waffle fries - call them potatoe bits if that's what you're going to serve Other CFA have mints for a fresh taste in your mouth when you leave. Not this one, my breath smelled like warm pickles and potatoes bits. Let's be consistent CFA, either everyone has mints or no one does. Anyway, best of luck if...
Read moreOn August 30,2024 at about 10:50am , I had an extremely disappointing experience with the Chick-fil-A located at 408 Baltimore Pike in Bel Air, MD . I had placed a catering order, which was unfortunately delivered in paper bags with a careless presentation. When I brought this to the attention of the staff, they seemed indifferent and unhelpful. Despite attempts from a team members to assist, the manager, Sarah, refused to provide the black, presentable, and easy-to-carry bags that are usually standard at Chick-fil-A given my past experiences at various Chick Fil A.
Sarah’s lack of professionalism was apparent as she chose to communicate through the cashier rather than addressing me directly, even though I was right there. Her behavior was not representative of the high standards Chick-fil-A is known for. I asked if they had cups and straws in the bag for the two gallons of Lemonade I had purchased and the cashier said that they did but when I got to my destination, there were no cups or straws . Given the above stated experience, I couldn’t even harbor the thought of returning to that location for the cups and straws they initially acknowledged to have placed in my bag. This experience was not only frustrating but also disappointing given my long history of positive interactions with Chick-fil-A.
The Bel Air location would benefit greatly from better management and additional customer service training including one that also focuses on implicit bias . This incident was, by far, the worst customer service experience I...
