Would not recommend this particular Imo's to anyone, the pizza that was delivered was so over cooked you could not tell the toppings from the cheese and the chicken tenders the same thing so over cooked the breading had to be removed in order to eat it, I tried to call right away and the person who answered said nothing as I told about the issue with our food, I did tell him that the delivery person was extremely nice and still it was crickets, I nicely told him that I had people who were about to go to work and nothing, so I said I would call the next day to speak with management, I called as I stated and the manager said he heard his worker talking to me and said he heard him ask if I wanted to talk to manager, first I was never asked anything and secondly if the manager indeed heard that why didn't he take the call himself and rectify the situation? Or at the very least call me back? I was told that the only way to make right was a exchange was the only way, ok again I had people who sadly had to eat something and that poor excuse for dinner is all I had before they had to leave for work, I declined and still as I have remained asked for number of GM or someone else to explain how this was ok? That even though I tried right away to fix and got nowhere I had to just eat over 35 dollars worth of literally dumpster food? Was told GM would call me back in 10, 20 mins later I again called and got the same manager this time he said GM agreed that exchange only or few bucks off next order, well that's not going to happen because I will never again order from that store nor will anyone else that lives here, and not because of the food was horrible that one time, human error happens and I was more than willing to let them fix it, I will not order because of the way they dealt with the situation and the fact I had to pay for something that was not something that should have been delivered in...

After over a year of not ordering from Imo's Pizza, I called in to place an order for my family. However, to my surprise, I was informed by the manager that I was banned from the location without any explanation. As a customer, I was shocked and confused by this sudden ban. Furthermore, I have had previous negative experiences with your pizza, such as burnt crust and poorly prepared toppings. Despite these issues, I wanted to give your establishment another chance, which makes this ban all the more disappointing. I recall contacting your customer service in the past to report an incorrectly made pizza, only to be told to return the other pizza that was delivered to me. It is unreasonable to ban a customer for an issue caused by the restaurant's own mistake, and I believe this is unacceptable behavior from any business. It is unfortunate that I cannot continue to be a customer of Imo's Pizza, but I will take my business elsewhere where I feel valued and respected.
