Subway — Restaurant in Bella Vista

I'm updating my review of Subway Bella Vista on 5/16. The last review was stellar this one, not so much. I have been a huge fan of Subway for a long time. I always, and I mean, always get the footlong Tuna. Every single time without fail. It always comes with 4 scoops of Tuna. Well, the young man that served me only put 3. I asked him, and he insisted that it only comes with 3. He said he would add the "additional scoop but didn't. A lot of you will say what's the big deal. It is only a scoop. But if it were just my sandwich fine but if he does it to every sandwich. A slice of meat here or there it becomes a lot. I don't blame the young man unless he's taken upon himself or it could be a training issue. Either way, I'm not happy about it. I usually go to the Subway on Walton and Central, never an issue there. I think I'll continue to go there even though Bella Vista is closer. I expect better. I do not recommend the Bella Vista location. Another point. When you ask Google how many scoops come on a footlong tuna?. 4 scoops. Just sayin I've tried a few times to discuss this on the phone with the store manager, but they seem unable to answer the phone. Here's another issue. Called the store again, and someone finally answered. Here's their response. No manager on shift, nomanager running the store and no idea how to get in touch with the franchise owner and more troubling. Corporate won't answer either. Walked inside to an empty store with three visible employees. Every single table was dirty with crumbs, sauce smears and wetness from previous drinks. The floor was a complete mess - food and trash everywhere. My wife was in the process of ordering (as I was cleaning off a table) when she asked about the wilted slimy looking spinach that was about to be put on the sandwinch. One employee said he 'thought' it was okay to eat. It looked horrible, like it had been sitting there for a very long time. How one could or would actually grab some of it and put it on a sandwinch to be served to a customer is crazy!!! One of the female employee's changed it out without question and the new batch looked much better. Ovrerall the entire food selection area was dirty, unkept and was in need of a complete overhaul. This store in Bella Vista needs help. We decided to take our business elsewhere because of the conditions of the food (not just the spinach) and the overall appearance of the store. Maybe they just went through a rush before we arrived, but I just don't see how a store could look this bad (food, prep area, tables, floor) with three employee's in it and we were the only customer's at the time. The owner of this locstion needs to drop in at random times to check on the conditions of this store! Or maybe the owner is the problem and just dosen't care about what is going on? Ordered 2 sub sandwiches on the subway app. It was a 25 min. wait so we waited in the car outside. After 20 min. of waiting, we noticed quite a few customers coming out of the restaurant who looked angry. We went inside to pick up our order and we were told that there were no meatballs... both sandwiches contained meatballs. The store associate wasn't very friendly, and we didn't want anything else. Why weren't we notified that this place had no food BEFORE we wasted all of that time and driving all the way there? Other customers were coming into the restaurant while we were there and were told that they didn't have many types of bread and other items. I never seen anything like this before in a restaurant...it was pure chaos and absolutely ridiculous. I paid for this with a gift card and there is absolutely no way to check my gift card balance on the app or website so I have no idea if my money was refunded for the empty order or not. I have several gift cards and cannot look at the transaction history for any of them. Complained to the area manager and he was worthless. This Subway is the worst one that I've ever been to and I will never set foot in this...
