Las Fajitas — Restaurant in Bella Vista

12-01-2018 = Got here around 1630. The board that mentions the Specials, read "See our new menu". The two Specials for the evening were Nacho Fajitas and Razorback Fajitas. Neither of which were on the new menu for dinner. When I asked about them, both items were on the "Lunch menu"!!! Under "Specialties" they show a picture of Chimichangas with all the fixings; but the menu only mentions Cheese sauce. The new menu is a disappointment. "Luis", get your act together!!!! My food did not arrive as ordered, had to send back. When the food came back, it was still not correct. Kept due to ineptitude and tired of waiting!! The Manager on duty comped our meal against my wishes. He tried to make the situation better. He did his due diligence. On the other hand, our server actually grabbed my arm in the vestibule, as we were leaving, and began to complain that I had posted his picture. Telling me it was an invasion of his privacy. Las Fajitas, his employer is being reviewed, as such he has no expectation of privacy. He is a representative of the company. VERY DISAPPOINTED - 1 star** 10-14-2018 = Another great experience. 10-13-2018 = My Wife and I both had the Chop Beef Chimichangas. Everything was great. 10-01-18 = The Manager called and apologized for the situation. I also found out they finally made Chino the Manager. Best move Luis has ever made. SEPTEMBER 30, 2018 - Walked in at about 1:30 PM, and was seated in a booth on the bar side. My Wife and I both noticed the menu's were dirty on the back. We realized, it was the table that was dirty. Picked up one of the napkins, with our silverware on it, to wipe down the table. Upon turning the napkin over, it had finger and lip marks, IT WAS A USED NAPKIN!!!!! LEFT PROMPTLY!!!!! AYGUST 2017 - Food and service very inconsistent....

I’m going to have to give this one star. Poor service all the way around. The food was very bland. My daughter’s tortillas came out and they were all hard and stuck together. My husband’s tamale had a hard ball of cheese inside that was cold. We arrived an hour and a half before they closed, yet they were already doing closing duties. My daughter needed to use the restroom and was unable to go to either of their two restrooms because of employees doing said closing duties. One restroom was blocked due to the employees already turning chairs and mopping entire dining area; the second restroom had an employee cleaning and when we walked up to go to the restroom, she just stared at us and continued cleaning. When she finally walked out for a minute, we took my daughter in to use the restroom. The employee then came back and stood outside the bathroom tapping her foot impatiently. As we were walking out of the restaurant to leave, the floor was absolutely soaking wet from having been mopped. Not impressed and not...

It’s a good place to eat in but for food Togo it’s very bad, I order a ceviche and a drink. First they forgot to give me my drink, Came home and was expecting a good meal. I mean I paid 12.99 for the ceviche alone + the soda was 17 and some coins. so come on it hast to be delicious. Well no I open my plate up and the portion of the ceviche was the size of one tostada I mean come on guys really. Way to go to Rip some people off. And the taste was horrible. I mean come on guys we pay for what we want to eat and expect it to be good. I was very disappointed. This is not my first time getting something like this, I tried it again but with a different thing to see if they could change but it’s the same. So my recommendation is if you ordering something Togo from this place make sure you check it there because once you get home you might be surprise..
