Sonic Drive-In — Restaurant in Bella Vista

This Sonic is usually pretty good. The mornings and afternoons are the best times to go. The evenings not so much. It's ways 50/50. One time is good, the next.... YUCK. Tonight when ordering I asked for a large drink with light ice. When I said, "light ice" THE young boy changed it to a medium and pressed, add ice. I said again, large, light ice. It got changed. When I got the drink it was a medium. I said it was supposed to be a large. He then said with a condescending voice, "Did you look at the receipt?" The receipt said medium. He obviously changed it after I pulled away. The cheddar peppers where old, stale, and cold. The fries were cold as well. The cheddar peppers just went into the trash.

I ordered corn dogs and tots and requested ketchup and mustard and just to make sure at the window when I paid for it I said "You did put in the mustard and ketchup, right?" The girl said oh I certainly did. And guess what? Nothing was added. So I'm pretty ticked off. I tried to call to complain and they're too busy to answer the phone but they need to get the order right!

This is an edif to my review because I ate there again yesterday and now my review should be a 1 out of 5 because I found a hair in my food and the mayonnaise and mustard was just squeezed all the meat making it gross to chew and they now began adding butter pickles which made the sandwich taste even worse. I visited this location two times. The first time the speaker for ordering in the drive-through was wonky. I ordered and the food was fine however, because of the speaker, it did not catch an additional item that I ordered. I didn’t realize I didn’t have it until I got home. The hamburgers were OK but not as good as some other fast food restaurants that are popular. I decided to go back again the same day and try the new orangesickle slushy. It is good and I am glad I got it. I would not say it’s a five out of five, but I feel that it’s refreshing cool and not over sweet. So I would put that slushy at a for.
