Baskin-Robbins — Restaurant in Bellaire

I have been a loyal customer since I was in elementary school I am 55 years old and I never got tired eating at Baskin Robbins I used to work at Swensen's Ice Cream Parlor and I have noticed that there are other ice cream stores that does not last long 31 Baskin Robbins has been around for many generations and years in Houston at this location it has the most neatest toys that you cannot find anywhere anymore that are collectors displayed it on top of the selection of different flavor of ice cream to enjoy to Taste and to eat and to order:-)! They even have ice cream birthday cake well-stocked and made very fresh and you get different flavors :-)! I love 31 Baskin Robbins one of my most favorite place to go to even my son loves their ice cream and to work there too:-)! But, he has to quit because he's going to college! I preordered a cake online with a custom message I also ordered candles . I called multiple time to see if it was ready and was told it was and there were no issues . When I got the cake she told me was unable to write the message and did I want her to write in on a tiny 2in by 2 in piece of chocolate bark for an extra fee. No I do not. So I asked where ,y candle were she refused to give the,pm to me stating they weren’t on my order even tho I showed her the online from stating they were paid for, I went to grab and pack and she physically blocked me with her body screaming that I was stealing and to call the police. I told her i, not stealing I paid for the, but I will pay again they are only 1.83 a lot of hassle and headache over a $2 pack of candles ....

Visited the Bellaire location and normally we are very satisfied with service and the enormous ice cream servings. Today the service was good, but my husband and I each ordered 3 scoops in a cup and server scooped big and took off half of the scoop to try to level it off. So half of the ice cream was put back in bucket and we ended up with 3 small scoops that probably could have gone in a medium cup.. We were so disappointed with the small amount of ice cream we got for the high price we paid. Therefore we didn't get our money's worth. Don't know if we will visit this one again.
