Algieri's Pizza — Restaurant in Belleville

I ordered three slices and a large roast beef and swiss cheese sandwich, when I opened up the box there was one slice and one large double slice that was not sliced into two separate slices, also they forgot to bring a menu... In my review of 3 Stars so far, I will give the rating on the Roast Beef and Swiss Sandwich later on when I have a meeting with my contractor... So far Belleville Pizza is still my # 1 Choice!!! At 5 STARS..

Just open up the bag where the 15" Roast Beef and Swiss Sandwich was in, no side of Mayo at all so, my contractor friend opened the 15 inch Sandwhich and the whole Roast Beef and Swiss Sandwhich was loaded with Mayonnaise!!! NOT WHAT WE ORDERED, Called back Algieri's and complained.... Wow.. something so simply ordered, wound up to be my Three Star Rating.. Need to listen to what the Customer Orders the First Time.... Will never ordered from Algeria again... BELLEVILLE PIZZA 5 Star...

Algieri's was and always will be one of my favorite places to order Italian food. Tonight I place an order and it got all messed up! I think it has to do with the "new" staff. All i ask is for Algieri's to train their employees to be conservative and repeat the order they took for their customer. My last experience, the employee never repeated what they "thought" i ordered and they got it all wrong. Having slacking staff will not help your business, it will only make it worse!! No worries though, I will be sure to ask your employee to repeat the order, but, they should not avoid the question when caught in the middle, and then hang up on the customer, all because they had no clue what to answer my question with!! That will lose your business. They need to be more courteous with your customers! I still love your food and will continue to support your business! Just get your employees in...

USED to be my favorite pizza place. WAS the best pizza in belleville, been ordering for 12 plus years. someone new took over now its poorly run and total hit or miss on food. its horrible, orders are constantly missing things, toppings. complained several times. Last delivery was for 2 pizzas, one was completely wrong pizza and crust was raw inside. i ordered an everything pizza got an onion pizza with half raw flour?? they finally delivered the right pizza an hour later....We will order elsewhere from now on! Sorry Not a bad experience, multiple orders over months. TO OWNER: as response, it was last order 4-5 weeks ago, we stopped ordering from algieries after that total disaster. 3 orders in a row messed up. Just not worth the effort with so many...
