In these harsh times I trusted to order food from Domino's because I was once a delivery boy for Domino's and from my experience Domino's strives for top level safety standards. My experience today was not what I expected. I encountered multiple employees without mask around the food that was being served. No one had gloves (might not be the requirement) but who knows if they even washed their hands as required. I was forced to come home and reheat my entire food and disinfect all the boxes prior to even opening them. It is unfortunate how the employees who I believe are still front line heroes, don't take the situation seriously enough. I am now a physician and in all honesty none of what I saw was upto the safety standards that the CEO Ritch Allison's letter dated May 7th 2020 stated. I am more scared that instead of serving the community they can actually hurt the community by becoming a transmission point by drivers going around the community and coming in contact with store employee without mask. I still gave it 3 starts and left a tip because they made an error in my order and made me a new one without any charge and even gave me the incorrect item.I appreciate their the effort to keep the community functional but they need to go an extra mile for infection control to stay functional in the future. Read moreCalled at 6:30 pm and ordered a cheese pizza for pick up. Got there at 7:15 pm, 45 minutes later. My babysitter went in to pick up the pizza while I sat in the car. It should have been in and out but instead she was in the store for 27 minutes while I sat out front in the car watching 8 other customers go in and come out with their food. She finally came out with the pizza she ordered from my phone 45 minutes earlier. I asked her what happened and she said that they didn't know what happened to the pizza she ordered and she had to wait till they made her another one from scratch. When she got in the car with the pizza and told me what happened I immediately went into the store and asked to speak to the manager to ask her what happened and why I had to sit in the car for 27 minutes to pick up a pizza ordered 45 minutes earlier. She said she didn't know. She said she didn't even see the young lady who was sitting in the store for a half hour and just walked out 30 seconds ago! It was unbelievable to stand there and listen to the incredible ignorance coming out of the managers mouth. There was no screaming or arguing, just disgust from me. Read moreDO NOT come to this place, I spoke with Ebrihim, Mike (manager) and Ritika (assistant manager) and another female employee none who were of help! Horrible staff and customer service! I ordered 2 pan pizzas for delivery last night 10/28 and they were both under cooked and raw dough! I even went back to the store with the pizza on the same night to be refunded and the employees lied and said they weren’t able to refund me because they didn’t have access to make a refund.. when I was told by multiple dominos stores in the area that confirmed they are able to do a refund same day by voiding and canceling the order not just a manager! They told me to come back the next day or call when the manager would be in for the refund, in which the manager stated that only a store credit or call to the bank to dispute the charge will be the only solution. I called back again and asked for a credit instead of calling my bank and the manager refused to now give a credit and accused us of lying in order to get free pizza. I am a repeated customer who spends their money and tips their employees at this store numerous times to now be accused of trying to get a free pizza for their mistake especially when we even brought back the pizza to the store.
