Master BBQ — Restaurant in Belleville

The smell of the smoke coming out of the chimney makes you wonder if the food is good UNTIL you go in! SMH!

I believe I was sold bad chicken and spoiled beans because I am of a particular race, total waste of my time and money! They are not authentic Portuguese, and on top of that, the workers speak Spanish, rude on the phone and think you do not understand Spanish, and make snarky comments. They are lucky I was visiting the area; I would have made sure they are reprimanded for their ridiculousness.

It is at the same restaurant I saw the man handling food, handle cleaning / bleach with the same gloves he used to dish out rice. What do they have on the city that the City of Belleville cannot enforce strict healthy rules when it comes to handling food for the public?

I am not even going to talk about the atmosphere - in and out. It stank, smelled like mold and lacked (cross) ventilation.

We've ordered from here pretty frequently over the course of 8 years living in Belleville. In recent years, their meat portion size has drastically reduced and filled with more rice. It never bothered me because the taste has always been pretty solid for what it is. But the customer service has tanked in a way that makes ordering from here impossible. All you get is attitude. The only reason I am writing this review is because on the last order, they got it wrong and when we called to complain, they tossed the blame on us saying they gave us what we ordered. This area has a ton of spots that serve this type of food, my advise is just to stay clear here and order somewhere else just based on the horrendous...

I've been ordering from this place last couple months and sadly every single time I've placed an order the female whom takes them always gets it wrong no matter how many times she repeats it back to you exactly how you order and as usual I get it and it's completely wrong. The delivery driver screams at you if u took longer than 2 mins to open the door. And for the life of me I can't seem to ever take a few bites without finding brown nd blonde hair in my food.
