Wife is terrible. Husband has always helped me out and always has answered questions makes it a friendly environment. Other employees are helpful especially the people making food. Never go when the wife is here. Super dismissive, petty, doesn’t want to assist with products she’s selling. The “Peace and Love” candles contain metal in the wick. Once made aware I attempted to either return or get contact information for the company. Super dismissive didn’t have any contact information for things SHE orders to the stores. Says her husband is here and we could try to come “whenever he’s in” i ask “you don’t know when your husband is in?” She replies “no I don’t know can’t contact him” she’s obviously just very unhelpful purposely. Aggressive and defensive. Picks up the phone mid conversation. Kept saying she “doesn’t know what to tell us” “google it” just a terrible experience. Husband and other workers are amazing though but if you expect any type of customer service stay away from the wife. EDITED from their response: There was no misunderstanding. The wife refused to help me. Refused to give me resolution. She was actually going to give me the distributors contact information after I repeatedly asked to simply be given information on how to get a refund for candles they sold that contained metal in the wick. She was super dismissive and didn’t want to help whatsoever. Everyone else are amazing employees. Just the wife that is dismissive with an attitude and very rude. Ruined the experience and has a huge ego. Claimed no one there could help then picked up a phone call mid conversation and huffed and puffed then sat on the floor on a Box and continued to ignore the concern. Only one person who seemed to be a chef gave me any type of resolution. Immature and absolutely no misunderstanding. She told me to figure it out and google...

Literally the worst past experiences. The first few times everything was fine. Last time I placed an order they ended up calling a whole ten mins later telling me they didn’t have any bagels okay whatever. Today I ordered a TBEC and when I opened the sandwich it was Canadian bacon which is pork. I went back inside and politely asked them to fix it since I don’t eat pork. You can see it clearly wasn’t turkey bacon. I asked the guy to show me the turkey bacon that they used and he did once again u can clearly see that it was a different meat they used for the sandwich they gave me. I asked can he re do the sandwich over and he told me to give me the sandwich and get my money back. So instead of fixing the problem he had an attitude and just gave me my money back instead. I will never come to this...

I’ve lived in Belleville for 16 years and driven by this restaurant hundreds of times and didn’t think much of it, then I ordered their Krispy chicken tenders and sweet potato fries and WoW!! How unexpected, the chicken was moist and delicious on the inside and perfectly crispy on the outside. Literally the perfect marriage of crispy and super moist that you want in fried chicken. The fries were great too. My husband ordered a chicken parmigiana sandwich and was also shocked that it was better than any Italian restaurants, sub shoppe or pizzeria he’s order from before.
