Subway — Restaurant in Belleville

Worst subways and the wrong one to go to in the same town. Heres my story I ordered 2 footlong sandwiches online 30 minutes before I was heading to the shop. This subways called me to tell me they didn't have the bread I wanted after 30mins. Since I was hungry and didn't want to wait any longer I decided to cancel my sandwiches and try to go elsewhere. This is where it got messy. The manager started to get angry and was yelling at me that I cannot cancel an online order.

I looked at the subways website and the site said the store location you are buying from can cancel it. So I mentioned it to the manager and he argued with me telling me he couldn't. I told him it was on the website that he could cancel my order and he kept arguing that he couldn't. At this time I was really hungry and rushed over to the store to get my sandwiches. They told me the sandwiches were ready when they called.... but then why did they call me 30-45 mins after my order was placed to tell me that they didn't even have the bread I wanted... I ended up eating one of the sandwiches and had a stomach ache. I couldn't even bother to eat the other sandwich I ordered. I can say this was the worst subways I've been to because I've been to many Subways since I love their sandwiches but I'm probably not going to another Subways for awhile after going...

I live up the street n I Can count the times ive been there . never got a good vibe n then I accidentally left my license in the copier there. since that was the last time I used it i didn't notice until like 4 days later. I called n then went in person. The girl "claimed" she gave it to the mailman. I could tell she was lying because it had not even been a whole week n there was another license there but it was of a male. So why tf didn't she "give" the mailman that one too. I never received it in the mail from the post office either. I just hope she knows I reported it lost right away . will never go in...

This well stocked convenience store has a Subway deli and seating for a quick lunch on the go! Uber eats and doordash delivery services.
