Applebee's, you've officially hooked me! My maiden voyage to this vibrant neighborhood haven was a gastronomic revelation. The Classic Appetizer - oh, where do I begin? It's like a culinary United Nations on a plate, where boneless wings, spinach artichoke dip, chicken quesadillas, and mozzarella sticks live in delicious harmony. The boneless wings whispered succulent secrets, the spinach artichoke dip was a creamy dream, the chicken quesadillas were a fiesta in every bite, and the mozzarella sticks? Let's just say, they had me at 'mozzarella'. The restaurant didn't just satisfy my taste buds, but tickled my olfactory senses too. The moment I walked in, I was greeted by an aroma that could only be described as 'Eau de Yum'. Kudos to the housekeeping team, Applebee's was as clean as a whistle! And talk about service! I was seated faster than a buttered bullet, and the iced tea was so freshly brewed, I suspect they have a secret tea garden in the back. In conclusion, Applebee's is not just a restaurant, it's an experience - a delicious, clean, speedy, fresh-brewed trip to flavor town. Can't wait for my next visit!

Great experience at Applebee's. For social distancing, they have every second table closed. Menus are provided via a QR code on the table, but they also provide a small menu of their location specific specials. My wife's meal was a small steak with loaded mashed potatoes. The loaded potatoes was the best part of the meal IMO. My burger was good too. They had a special where the deep-fried shrimp was $1 with any steak. The waiter attended the table well, and at least one staff member was always available to get us condiments and refills when needed. Our whole meal came out under $40 with tip. My wife and I are already planning our next visit.

Ok so the establishment itself is great. The food is slightly above average considering it's frozen only moments before, but I've got beef with the "riblets platter". I don't get what this is supposed to be, but it's basically a chunky, long, glob of meet, with dime or halfdollar sized chunks of bone in it. Once I gnawed most of the meat off of my choking hazard, there was a pile of 25+ bones, and I wasn't full. Again, the burgers and pastas are probably great, and the restaurant itself is very relaxing and inviting. But the riblets platter is a giant waste of cash. How has no one choked and died on those bones yet?

Walked in and there was no one at the front and once the hostess finally showed up, she did not seem pleased that we were there. She asked if we wanted to sit at a bar table or at a booth. My wife said booth and she physically looked annoyed (when there were many open but lacked a clean up-- where was the busperson??). The couple behind us interrupted and said that they were going to sit at the bar and she decided to seat them ahead of us. That would have been fine except she did not immediately return. We saw her seat the other guests and then walk to the back. She came back eventually and did a quick wipe of the table next to the door, also next to a screaming baby, and sat us there.

We then waited 10 minutes and nobody offered us drinks or anything, not even a hello or intro. And as we looked around , the table with the screaming child did not have food nor another table a bit down the way (who were also still holding their menus) and they were seated way before we were.

The lack of an "I'll be right with you", obviously no food, and a screaming child had us getting up and walking out... at the same time a Manager was doing an empty table count. The manager literally stood next to our booth counting as we were standing up and was genuinely shocked we were leaving and tried to say that they would serve us right now. I'm so sorry. It's too little too late. Instead of counting empty tables, you should have been helping those tables that still had menus in their hands. Either the entire staff was on break, they had 0 sense of urgency, or there's an understaffing problem.

We just moved here and live nearby and this was our regular place to go to being that it's consistent and a safe bet that you'll get what you pay for. However, being ignored and not even given a glass of water is unacceptable. We've noticed a steady decline in the service and the morale in just the few weeks we've been coming and today was just not worth it anymore. We won't be back.

Additionally my wife has constantly tried to get rewards points because we've already eaten here three times prior and that entire situation seems to be busted. That's more of a corporate...

While having dinner with my family—my boyfriend, son, and myself—at our local Applebee's, the manager came to our table to ask how we were enjoying our meal. When I recognized her, I greeted her with a simple "Hi, Breanna," since she had been my supervisor at a different company in the past. To my surprise, she immediately turned around and ran away from our table.

Moments later, another employee approached us and informed us that we had to leave because I had made the manager feel uncomfortable. I explained to him that I only said hello and wasn’t expecting such a reaction. The manager then came out and told the employee that it was taking too long to get us to leave.

When I asked the manager, Breanna, what was going on and reiterated that I merely greeted her, she responded, "You know what you did. I can call the police and report you for trespassing." My boyfriend inquired about how we could pay for our food if we were being kicked out, and the manager replied, "We will take care of it, but you need to leave now, or I will call the police."

We were then escorted out of the restaurant by the waitstaff, who held the doors open for us at the entrance. The manager followed us outside and recorded us getting into our vehicle and driving away.

This entire incident took place on May 9, 2025, at approximately 5:40 PM. I would like to find a resolution to this situation, as I feel I was treated unfairly due to personal relations with the manager. I was humiliated in front of others, and I would like immediate action to ensure that this does not happen to...

Second happy hour starts at 9 PM and it is tradition that we come here after the Friday night Veteran's event at the Battle in Seattle. The food is really good and the half price HH snacks are a good value. The chicken wonton tacos, pretzel with beer cheese, quesadillas, and wedge salads with blue cheese and bacon are all favorites. There were 17 of us so a delay is understandable. There is a tablet on the table so one may order appetizers and desserts directly. Oddly, while the tablet did reflect the HH prices were applicable it was missing several items on the appetizer menu including the wedge salad and make your own sampler plate. We ordered for our section of the table using the tablet and got our food and were done eating before the others on either side were served (those that gave order to the bar staff member serving our table; And we did share!!). We placed an order for 2 salads with her as well as there was no other option - and those came very late. Not only did the server ordered food arrive later than the tablet food- she had to come back 2x and check- and then delivered incorrect items (16 oz vs. 22 oz beer- horrors!!) Also the one IPA on draft was out so my IPA addicted colleague drank the bottled option. Other servers brought us our food (including a mini brownie a la mode (YUM) and 4 spoons (again ordered from the tablet and delivered in minutes. Great place, yummy comfort food, and if you are starving and can find what you want to eat on it- Use...
