I have been coming to Crossroads for food for 20 years and bulgogi used to be one of my favorites. Recently I came to try (new owners I assume) and: food was pricier than others in crossroad chicken portion was ridiculously small, like 4oz (rice and lettuce was bigger as if that hides things). chicken was nearly tasteless. i tried two different sauces. I had to just toss the damn thing and go spend money on another lunch from a different food court place. It was a very expensive lunch and I was seriously unhappy.
I have no idea what is going on here but the worse the food gets, the higher they raise the price and I am pretty sure they are going to sell off the store again. The store owner kept crowing on how fountain drink is cheaper by 25cent than bottle drink. Not realizing I was just trying to support the local store by paying so much for soda fountain instead of walking to QFC and buying a bottle of diet coke for half the price. Not realizing people don't buy bottle drinks since they can just walk to QFC. It is sad sad sad (I used to walk to QFC to buy my drink while waiting for food, now a days I try to support my favorite food store via fountain drinks).
Some times I wonder these bad performing stores are just a money laundry front. They have no customers, bad food, but stay in business for...
Read moreIn the five seconds it took to give her my credit card and asking her a question about the entree I ordered she knew I was going to change my mind when I realized the entree was wrong for what I thought I was ordering but instead of handing back my card as an honest person would she swiped it as I was saying I didn’t want the purchase. After purchase, my realtor called and I had to rush home forgetting my order. When I called back the next day asking politely to just get a refund since I didn’t even want the order in the first place the owner adamantly refused and asked me to purchase something else and pay for it. She seems desperate to get business and will go to any lengths to keep every last dollar even in a transaction...
Read moreI would not recommend this restaurant. Read the negative reviews and you’ll see the same complaints. The food is not good and you don’t get much of it. The people that run the place are just regular people that don’t provide any sort of special service. Nice people don’t satisfy my appetite and the place is a rip off. The food is barely edible. Save yourself the money and eat anywhere else in the food court other than the...
