Black sesame latte was a surprisingly delicious combination!

Phenomenal service as well. I usually try not to enter a store 5 minutes before closing (because the one time I did at a huge coffee franchise, not knowing the closing hours, I was politely reminded that they were closing in 5 minutes, and that faux pas made me anxious about making a similar mistake again) but I was in a bind. Worried about what's to come, I was pleasantly met by cheerful and patient service with no complaints at all. Blown away by that unexpected kindness.

I do wish they were opened for more hours, as there is definitely a demand. I was at the outside tables wolfing down my meal and noticed many people expressing disappointment for not getting there earlier before the Cafe closed. Located in a beautiful setting, this coffee shop always delivers great food. They put a bit less syrup in their coffee drinks than many other coffee shops, so that you can still taste the coffee. The coffee has a deep rich, unburnt flavor which is what I look for. The pastries are fresh and tasty.

More than anything else, the staff and the owner are always helpful and kind.

Follow up: I went again 2 days ago and Christina gave me a free drink, saying that she knew that I had been there at least 10 times, so would have earned a free drink if I had used their loyalty program. That level of service is very much appreciated and...

I was not able to dine in or takeout. I could not get breakfast, lunch or dinner. I was not able to order any coffee. Two baristas stood at the espresso machine, making drinks, but never looked up to see that there was a line of customers five deep. There was only one person who had ordered and was waiting for a drink. I was first in line and moved to where they could not help but see me, but they still did not acknowledge they had a customer or let me know that they would be right with me.
