Chipotle Mexican Grill — Restaurant in Bellevue

Absolute garbage. I ordered via takeout and let me tell you the food was absolute rubbish. The incapable staff of this chipotle completely forgot about the beans and 2 bags of chips. Evermore the senile food assemblers put the kids meals taco topping in the taco instead of putting it separately like every other chipotle in the world making the tacos soggier then a wet sponge. The white rice was stuck together in unappetizing clumps and the soft taco shells looked like it had a severe case of eczema. It was as if an incompetent degenerate baby was the one assembling my order. To any customers buying from this chipotle double checking your takeout is a must. Now hear I am spending my Sunday night complaining about food that looks like it should be coming out the other end of you. I had better experiences with tacos from taco bell 2 am in the middle of nowhere with barf in the parking lot. I am demanding a refund or a voucher because using your money as toilet paper has more use then buying this garbage. Incredibly the staff resorted to rationing their food, one tiny serving - rationing, a measure usually reserved only for wartime as it came out of their paycheck and I hadn't already payed for my food. To whoever the management of this chipotle is, please have better quality control as you are part of a 85 billion dollar organization and still cant manage to get orders correct or make actual appetizing...

I luv Chipotle but it’s been my second or maybe third visit, if I’m forgetting in 12-years. And the reason is #Chipotle’s staff. I’m not sure if #Chipotle specifically hires those who are extremely stingy, rude and aggressive towards its customers. This guy in the pic argued on top of his voice when I requested rice with cilantro. I could only see rice but no cilantro and he was acting like I have requested to add diamonds in it. His behaviour was so obnoxious that his colleagues felt the same thing and asked him to add a little bit of it and it won’t make any difference. Later, I saw him changing the bread to a new one while throwing the first one on trash. I asked why he threw that bread and he replied that it turned too crispy. I understand it wasn’t suitable for burrito but I was shocked how conveniently a man could throw food in the trash who was acting so stingy on adding a few cilantro. I wonder if that’s #America’s real mantra: Throwing the food is better than feeding someone! I mean he should have soaked that bread in water for the birds at least. Wasting food so conveniently is so common in #USA - I wish people learn to value something they...

I went to this Chipotle today and I'll told you! this people were very rude, they have no manners when we arrived normally you supposed get a welcome or a Hello BUT no nothing they said what do you want. I started ordering my kid's food they ask if I wanted chips or fruit "I said fruit" but the guy just put two bags of chips on the counter and said this is what we have.. I proceed to pay with $100 bill but the guy said NO CHANGE and kept starring at me .. by this time, I was pissed so I look at him and I said..SOO!! He immediately pulled out he's card/key opened the drawer and proceeded to give me my change... Normally I don't do or said things like this because I know the world we live in is very messed up already BUT I am Hispanic and all the employees there are whiter then a cloud.. so yeah that whole situation was a race based action... For God's sake!! Don't they get it!? HELLO!!! You work in a Mexican food chain restaurant .. if you don't like to deal With Hispanics McDonald's is always hiring... I'll expect a response from you guys or I'll post this on every social media there's and...
