I placed a carry out order with store #6110 today 1/1/24. The app said there was a 24-34 min wait and I made sure to get there around that time. When I arrived there were other customers waiting and it seemed busy. I walked to the register to check in on my order and the female cashier started looking it up, at the same time an individual on the prep line announced that there was an hour wait on orders being made in a very condensing tone as if customers were not in the
Once the female pulled up my order she asked the individual making pizzas about my order, I never asked anything or requested this information. He responded with something along the lines of "there was an hour wait and that if people can't do the math then he doesn't know what to say." This was clearly directed towards me and the only thing I did was use the app to order pizza, drive to the store and check in with the cashier.
After being directly attacked, ridiculed in front of about 6 other customers I asked to have my order canceled and asked for the name of the individual. The female told me his name was "Danny," when he heard that I was asking for his name he continued to verbally attack me as I walked out repeating his "hour wait" remark and "have a good day," as if he was proud I canceled my order. At the door I told him "I see your store is busy but you don't have to be a d—k about it." He continued responding with something about how he said there was an hour wait and have a good day.
I think it is important to note all I did was order pizza on with the app, arrive at the store at the time the app stated and I was met with a hostile, condescending and rude individual for doing nothing other than checking in with the cashier so they knew I was there. I asked nothing, didn't complain about the wait... nothing. Disgusting behavior.

Read moreGood food and good service, but not consistently. For example, when last night I ordered a small pizza with various meats and buffalo sauce to be delivered to me on base... When I call to place an order, I always ask if they have a driver that can deliver on base available. Last night, I asked and they said that they were delivering on-base. So I placed my order and they said it would be delivered in about 40 mins. Sounds good, everything's perfect. Around the time I would have expected it to arrive, I get a call from the driver. They say that they aren't authorized to get on base and that they would go back to the restaurant and see if a base driver was available. I say fine, and that I'll be by my phone if they need to contact me. Around 50 mins later, I call the restaurant and ask them about my order, and they tell me that a driver took an order that they weren't supposed to take, and the correct driver was leaving with my order now. So alright, cool. I'm gonna get my pizza like an hour and a half after it was supposed to be here. Cool. After a short time, the driver knocks on my door, and I finally get my food. The driver apologizes for the delay, and I'm alright with that. (This driver is always great by the way, very cordial and speedy) I sit down to finally enjoy my pizza, aaaaaand the buffalo sauce is missing. Still tasted fine, but overall just rather disappointing. 🙁 Here's hoping something like this doesn't happen...

Let's see whether it be the burnt food, or the fact that the knife cannot cut all the way through a piece of bread, maybe the missing toppings? either just shows the incompetence of the employees or their hatred of their jobs
(Update:) so I'm staying at the hotel nearby, I thought I'd give them one more chance... I had a pizza with extra cheese, no extra cheese, no bacon. again.... The pasta I paid for barely cover the bottom of the container, there was like 12 noodles, a couple pieces of spinach, and like four tomatoes... They got the salad dressing right, but they gave me the wrong salad....
I don't understand. I get people get busy, companies are understaffed, so forth and so on, but if you don't want to do your job, why take it out on paying customers? I thought maybe they were upset about the tip I gave, which was 15% each time for them to drive literally a minute down the road. So I don't know what would be the complaint there.
They've literally managed to burn, mess up, completely disregard, every single order I've had. I've been nothing but polite, I've not complained once, and yet awful service, awful burnt food with missing toppings and skimpy portions. Management needs to reconsider being the manager. I'm going to call corporate at this point. Hopefully when I get home I can actually get a good order, because these people just...
