Former employee still bent out of shape leaving my "2 cents" finally calling you out Worst Customer Service Bad Money Management Skills &&&No Proper "Safety Restraints" Child Seat/Booster Seats/High Chair, As I Recall Hidden In The Back Break Room On Purpose&&& NO ADEQUITE VIDEO SYSTEMS OR TRAINING MACHINES UNPLUGGED IN BACK BREAK ROOM GREAT LACK 0F PROPER TRAINING FOR YOUNGER EMPLOYES TO LEARN TO COOK OR MOVE UP IN THE JOB THIS CAUSED A LOT OF TIME SPENT WASTED WHILE ADDING MANY BAD UNHAPPY CUSTOMER EXPERIENCES THUS ALL THESE BAD REVIEWS I E8SH I COULD PUT A STAR IN NEGATIVES REALLY UNCLEAN THAT THEY THROW WATER THROUGHTOUT THE KITCHEN AND DRIVE THROUGH AREA AND SQUIGEE IT DURING BUISNESS HOURS HOPE NO ONE GOT SPLASHED WAS EMBARASSING FOR ME WHILE I WORKED THERE *NO PROPER WAY OF ATTAINING OLD PAY STUBS OR CHECKS NO SYSTEM FOR IT AT LEAST FOR OTHERS THAT ARENT OF HIGHER TITLE ALMOST ALL THESE LOCATIONS I CALLED IN SPOKANE WA WERE FRANCHUSES AND HAD NO ADVICE OR NUMBERS FOR ME TO GET HELP ATTAINING PRIOR PAY CHECKS FOR REISSUING AND REIMBURSEMENT *Hopefully They Wear Gloves More Now Than When I Was An employee *Not A Very Diverse Placefor Other People Of Ethnicity Unless you Are Fluent In Spanish And English Also Always Hiring I think they're hiring especially younger people may be still in high school I'd say and they could get blamed for money going short but they never really six-letter like make anybody accountable I Had To Inform the People Above me They Could CORECT THIS BY SIMPLY HAVING CASHIERS CLOCK INTOTHE TILLS WITH THE EMPLOTEE ID NUMBERS AND GOT SCOKDED FOR COUNTING OUT AND DEPOSITING WHATEVER WAS OVER THE 100 DOLLAR LIMIT FOR THE TILL I WAS IN CHARGE OF. WORST EMLOYMENT EXPERIENCE IVE HAD YET THANKS TOO ALL THE CUSTOMERS BACK WHEN FOR BEING SO UNDERSTANDINGAND PATIENT DESPITE THE HORRIBLE SERVICE AND WAIT TIMES. I ordered again .. twice .. whole order including drink choice n then she asks what I wanted for a drink .. my associate had the same issues .. it was awful .. he asked for no ice as he always does due to sensitive teeth .. we get close to the pickup window with .."one " ... car in front of us .. with out a lie .. we waited for ten minutes for their order to be brought to him .. instead of perhaps the window personnel requesting they pull on up to the .. wait for your order here parking .. any who .. she .. our order girl .. immediately dispensed ice into my comrades beverage and proceeded to hand it to him when he politely .. reiterated " no ice " .. she dumped it out .. threw the takeout cup " large " out .. dispensed a new cup and got it right .. I looked at the fact .. you have 1,000 cups on hand at monthly inventory .. you purchase 5,000 more during fiscal month .. your sales indicate 5,200 large cup sales .. you have on hand 712 .. that's 88 cups unaccounted for .. never mind loss of product .. any who .. fair product for $4.99 .. chicken club thingy .. ill look for a Tim Hortons next time...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreJust tried to walk over from our hotel to get some food. When we entered the building we heard a female employee loudly complaining to the male employee about peopleās ābad attitudesā. The sign on the door said lobbywas open until midnight but she tried to tell my husband the lobby was almost closed...we were there before 11pm. She was obviously high on something and was whining and mumbling. She took our order with a major scowl on her face and then went back to the back still loudly complaining. More people came in and she yelled at them that the lobby was closed...it was just after 11pm so they were not closed. The people left and then she came out and yelled that she forgot to defrost the eggs ( we had ordered a breakfast platter) we got our money back and left. The male employee was busy helping the drive in customers and was being very polite to them so I feel sorry for him having to work with the crazy lady. Iāve never had this experience in a fast food place...it was bizarre! I canāt believe she is getting paid 15.00 and...
