Starbucks Coffee Company — Restaurant in Bellevue

Long story short: out $10, didn't get drinks, no longer going to starbucks due to what I am asuming is corprate policy.

Paid $10 for two drinks. Waited 25 mins while 9 mobile orders and 16 drive thru orders were filled. The customers inside tge store were having orders taken but not filled. There we're 9 people waiting inside that placed orders inside the store that were waiting with me to get drinks. Had to cancel my order without refund. I had places to be and thing to do. I couldn't wait another 5 mins for someone to walk over and give one.

I get that tge location was busy but I am asuming corporate wants to prioritize drive thru and mobile over people in their actual stores. Either that or there is gross incopentence at this location with their team work, training...

I enjoyed both the service and the environment, however, on their website it said that they opened until 10 pm on Saturday, and next thing you know a barista approaches me just before 9pm letting me know that they were closing in a few minutes. Please update your hours of operation on the website; everyone uses Google to see how late you stay open!! Please fix this for the sake of convenience. Otherwise, I would have given you a 5/5 stars!!!

Recent update on my initial comment/rate: Please improve your wifi connectivity. I know Starbucks partnered with Google to provide blazing fast wifi. Where is it at this location. Do consider my comment, I'm sure others feel just the same.

First time to this Starbucks location. I stood in front of the cashier for about 2 minutes before I was served. There was no one before me, and a line was slowly forming behind me. There were quite a number of customers in the shop, but none of them were waiting for their drinks and/or food. I ordered a tall Chai Latte, and it was what I expected. The music played in the shop was a bit loud and noisy, and I chose to sit outside. A fireplace was just next to where I was sitting, and I felt warm enough to enjoy my latte in the middle of the winter.
