McDonald's — Restaurant in Bellevue

Brought my son here to play at the play place like I always do when I come to green bay because we do not get over here often and dont have one near us. Well the food was a disappointment as I couldn't order a bagel because it's the only breakfast sandwich they wont sell after breakfast and that is only thing I even eat from McDonald's so I just ordered my son his happy meal and took him into the play area, him and another little boy that was there were playing together and they come down slide and run over to me and my 5 year old said its really nasty in there and I said what do you mean and he said its gross and dirty in there I cant play like that...pretty sad when it is so dirty and disgusting that even a 5 year old doesn't want to play. I told worker that it needs to be cleaned very badly and she said yeah I'll get someone to take a look at it and the entire time I was there nobody came to clean it or look at it and there is so much dirt all over the place there is food all over the place the kids were using their hands to sweep all the nasty stuff out of the way to crawl through it was...

3 X your Out ! In the last couple weeks asked to make my nuggets Fresh , they assured me they were when I double checked upon picking up at the drive thru . Nope ! About an hour ago, a young oriental girl with glasses in the drive-through gave me a very bad look when I asked her if they were made fresh she said yes they were three times, I said you know I’m asking because I’m not waiting for them and you have them bagged already so that goes to show me that they’re not fresh … and she assured me again that they were ! Well big surprise they weren’t !!! This location is so bad now used to be good.. Their ice cream machine over freezes the ice cream to the point where it has a weird bad taste to it. They never make anything correct , today the frozen Coke machine was down , they forget multiple items and flat out refuse to make your food fresh !

.! Do not go here go to another location avoid this at all cost!!!!

Had a vehicle breakdown just outside their location around 2 am and had been waiting on a tow truck until the time they opened which still wasn't enroute yet.. battery had also died while waiting.. A Spanish speaking employee whose name I believe was Yefri (spelling may be wrong), was more than eager to be helpful in the awful situation despite a language barrier and having to communicate through Google translate. Helped jump my car prior to starting their shift which was a huge help to keep warm while continuing to wait for tow service. Stopped in for food after (seemed similar quality to all other McDonald's). And the place was absolutely clean at 5am so other reports make me believe it's more a patron issue than a worker issue. Most of the time, the workers will make or break your experience anywhere, and for me this this kind guy at 5am definitely...
