Taco Bell — Restaurant in Bellevue

While going through town I stopped with my mother to eat in. No one else was there and I used the self service computer. I was informed that there was no coffee to which I replied “ok how will we handle the money” the young man with a bad attitude (pretty sure his name is Gavin, dark hair and extremely dramatic) says “do you want another cup” I already had two drink cups and there was only two of us so I said no i do not want another cup .He just walked away and said nothing to me, he yelled from the front to the mananger “can you come up here and deal with this lady? Sh ordered coffee!” Th female manager was very nice. I advised her of. his behavior and he came up and confronted me. I. Told him he had bad customer skills and to communicate with a customer by saying “one minute please”. He started screaming about how he was on his headset. Then I looked at the manager and said “you better train him”. She sent him away and apologized. There was another female they making food. Management was great, my food was amazing and I had a lot of modifications. It was fast service. The service from that boy was so bad, no wonder you have such a low rating. He should be fired immediately. If you go here try to avoid dealing with this very rude, bc loud and....

On the outside, this looks like a nice new Taco Bell. On the inside, it feels like it's held together by bubble gum and shoestrings.

The inside lobby is usually empty, but sometimes there are methheads just camping out here and the staff, for some reason, let them sit in the dining room, tweaking without even ordering. It makes the dine-in experience awkward and uncomfortable for normal paying customers.

Their food is usually average Taco Bell, but I've had concerning issues on multiple occasions like the taco shells and tortilla chips both being fried in oil that is rancid (gross), or placing a pickup order for hours later and then mistakenly make it immediately.

I would only visit this Taco Bell again for convenience. It could be a 3/5 if they were to make the food correct consistently at the right times and not let methheads loiter in the dining room.

I would have given a zero if it was an option. Literally placed the order 14 min before I came and waited at the speaker for 20 min before they told me to stop talking to the speaker and the I aggressively pulled up. I said “respectfully would I ask for a refund” and they responded everyone has been waiting as long as you. NO THEY HAVENT. I know this because I told everyone in the drive through to leave and over half did. THEY DID ALL DOORDASHES FIRST. Also they were slower with all of our mobile orders (3) than everyone else’s. The orders were wrong and NOT supreme. Again we already paid all of this online and they were rude to us. This was also at 12 am so none of us were in great mode. They should have communicated better and not IGNORE...
