TEN YEARS later and im still coming to Cleves and Lonnemann Jewelers for all my rolex and high end watch needs.

I bring my watch here for service instead of sending it to rolex because they do the same job for less and faster. No risk of todays shipping issues either.

Mike has always been fair and honest. He's enjoyable to work with and has a no pressure attitude. He has always paid strong when I'm selling and offered great prices when I'm buying. Easily one of the best jewelers in the tri-state. Tried and tested.

I recently bought a rolex watch that was not running and needed to be worked on. Everyone told me that the guys at cleves and lonnemann were the best people to work on high end watches and also great jewelers. Just to be sure i called around town asking anyone that services rolex watches what they charged and how long it would take. Not only did cleves and lonnemann have the best price which was almost half of what the other guys charged, but they would also have it done much sooner. I stopped down on a friday night and was wearing my watch a week later. Everyone there was very helpful and kind. I wanted to switch the dial in my watch and they took the time to educate me on what is in style and what would be best for my watch. Although their selection of dials was great, they did not have the one i was looking for so i had to look elsewhere. While doing so i found that they had better prices on the dials they offered and offered alot more for the one i was going to sell after replacing. Took my grant grandma's diamond bronch in to have it looked at after my mom passed away not finding the appraisal until later, the old man told me that the diamond's were fake and gave me 250 dollars for it not even testing the diamond's, it even said 18kt on it, appraisal said it was worth over 15 thousand dollars, they are lucky I didn't get a lawyer and take them to court, I tried to get it back and they said they didn't know what I was talking about, lesson learned, I was still grieving over my mother, I wouldn't trust them and I have talked to others and they said they will take advantage of you if they can, oh someone told me I could have called the police, instead I put it...

Nice Rolex and the owner was very knowledgeable and helpful but looked at a used 11.7 gram 10kt figuro bracelet that they wanted $1475 but I looked it up on Google and calculated it in penny weight like they go off of and even with the increase of gold in today's price it was only worth $975. I know they have overhead but $500. Then the girl that was showing me the bracelet kinda got snotty cause I was doing my research in the store to see if we were in the ballpark.
