My First Time trying this place! I did my homework oh yes I did before placing my phone order and yes…total breeze💯🙌✅ That evening I was greeted in the parking lot by Keenan with a smile and a Hello, he didn’t know who I was or that I was even picking up food at his location to review it on my google account.

#11 Baby Back Ribs Full Rack Smoked Ribs in Spicy BBQ with two large sides 1. Spicy Collard Greens 2. Garlic Mashed Potatoes and Cornbread✅ Maggie took my phone order she explained how long it would be for my order to be ready and I would also get a text message reminder when it’s ready…sure enough text came through I was there and decided on getting an appetizer also so the #6 Catfish Nuggets Yes I knew mom would love that! Waited a bit more for that order but it was so worth waiting for! Let me tell you the smell of the smoked ribs and Catfish Nuggets was like everywhere in my walker in the elevator heading to our apartment this stuff smelled so good 😊 and we hadn’t even tried it yet…

Let me start by saying these Ribs were Absolutely amazing delicious smoked ribs smothered in their signature spicy BBQ sauce oh but wait that catfish was PERFECT it left us with wait I want more!! Super crunchy exterior with delicate flaky texture inside…just perfect! Cornmeal well seasoned double coated I’d say to get that amazing CRUNCHY and flavorful taste. Our Baby Back Ribs: a delightful bite of delicious smoked meat that was BBQ just right meat falling off the bone with every bite! Collard Greens I picked spicy(Mexican woman) love spicy food…just right for mom and I to enjoy and share with our friends Garlic Mashed Potatoes: Garlic goodness if I’d say…enjoyed these Cornbread: sweetness from the corn made our dinner pairing just right with the spice we picked from BBQ sauce and Spicy Collard Greens

We were absolutely delighted with our dinner and the service I got that day from Maggie and Nia will always be greatly appreciated. I will definitely return to order again for our next family gathering dinner🌻

Ordered loaded fries with brisket with mild bbq sauce. The bowl was full of bbq sauce and grease so the fries were soft mush when it was brought to me. The mush didnt taste bad, figured i should have asked for no meat or bbq sauce....

My partner ordered the link plate. Links weren't spicy and were bland.

We were the second wedding to get married next door at the comedy club a few years ago. The food we had at our event was from Hambone's.

We had been wanting to try this place and finally decided to drive down. We parked right out frontand walked in to an empty place. We were greeted from our waitress though the kitchen doors and told shed be woth us in a moment. Sat down and we were brought out our menus about 10 mins after. Ordered our food and waited a fair amount of time to get it. While we waited we saw a man come in to pick up food, he waited in the front area over 10 minutes pacing and calling out for someone to help him, no one came out the kitchen or acknowledged him so he walked out upset and went to another door? Saw him leave with two bags of food through the window.

After we got our food our waitress left for lunch and we were told another waitress would assist us. We sat and waited awhile for the other waitress to come out so we could ask for the check and get a drink refill, she never came out so we had to get her attention though the kitchen doors. Another man walked in at that moment, she greeted him and he said he was trying to figure out what he wanted to order. She didnt give him a menu but she grabbed our cup to refill it. She went back to the kitchen. We waited another 10 minutes for our check and the man walked out since no one helped him or talked go him again. When we got our check, it wasn't even our check. And it was almost double the price of our bill. At this point of the waiting for service we were...

Finally had a bad experience here and it was an extreme disappointment. I should have known when they called with a list of what they didn't have, this was about to be all bad. The location didn't have raspberry vinaigrette dressing for the raspberry vinaigrette salad. And obviously nothing else that went on the salad either, because all we got was some hot pecans on top of a half a bowl of lettuce. Half of my large baked beans was all liquid. There was only a few slices of brisket in my 1lb of meat and the rest was all sauce. Half of which was in the bag and all over everything because it wasn't packaged in a sealed container. The "garlic mashed potatoes" are doubtful to be made with actual potatoes. They consistency is more like the box flakes where you just add water. And they completely forgot the spice for the Spicy black eyed peas. The peach cobbler was dry and overcooked. In previous orders, the food was not only good, but well prepared and packaged. But, this was an overall horrible experience this time. Please know though, the food is too hefty, sauced and expensive for the meat to be served in foam containers with 2 cups of sauce. Maybe it was an off day or you need to go and take a serious look at who was working and preparing orders 10/8/21. And just because we did take out, does not give you the right to screw...
