Chevy's Ice Cream — Restaurant in Bellingham

My girlfriend and I usually go to the Ice Cream Machine in Cumberland, RI and we wanted to switch it up, so we tried this place out. With a decent amount of options, the ice cream was really good, nice and thick, and they were fair with the toppings, but I do think the portions are a little small for the price. I hate to compare like this, but we usually spend less at the Ice Cream Machine and get more ice cream. Overall, there isn't anything particularly bad about this place, we've just been to a place that does it better for a better value. Great place if you're within walking distance, but if you have a car, I'd recommend taking the extra 10-minute drive to Ice...

Great selection of different kinds of ice cream. Loads of different toppings and specialty sundaes as well. They also have frozen yogurt, floats and a few more non-ice cream treats. They even have special ice cream for dogs!

The service was quick and friendly even though they were very busy. You can sit on a bench, at a picnic table or lovely chair swings outside. There is no indoors to eat. My one problem is the prices are a little steep. Yes, ice cream is a treat and not mandatory- but it was $20 for 3 small soft serve flavor bursts with 1 topping. We used to love coming here, because they have Bliss ice cream. Apparently recently they switched it up and also have Gifford's ice cream? Idk if that was always the case, but they used to have Bliss peanut butter cup and would use it in the Reese's sundae. We ordered it today and realized it had peanut butter cup candies instead of the peanut butter swirl. Sure enough, we asked and the peanut butter cup they serve now is Gifford's.
