Reasonable price. Both booths & tables w/ chairs. The waitresses do not let you sit down before asking you what you want to drink here ! That is just the way they all are. They have Beer- but if you are not a fast drinker- forget it ! It gets warm fast & is not kept very cold. I believe they only have a licence for beer & wine. You can order a cup of reg. tea as well- but you will be charged for it & you will not see a teaspoon here ! They only give out Tablespoons for some reason. Read moreI've been visiting this restaurant for years, I've always had the same problem, but I was really upset on my last visit and so I decided to do a review. First, I don't understand why you should put the information about the end time of lunch at 3:30pm and the start of dinner also at 3:30pm. In other words, this information can have two interpretations, if I sit at the table and start eating at 3:28pm, should you charge me for lunch or dinner? I believe that the correct option would be for lunch to end at 3pm and whoever arrived after this time would automatically be paying for dinner which would start then, at 3:30pm, it would be clearer this way, as this happened to me, I arrived before 3:30pm and you charged me for dinner. To complete my disappointment with this establishment, it was the service, and it's even funny to write this, but when I had finished eating my first dish and was getting up to get the second, the attendant came handing over the order, demanding that I have finished, I just took the order and continued eating, but I was very uncomfortable because the waitress kept passing by and waiting all the time for payment, this irritated me because the tables around me had been in the restaurant longer than me, and she wasn't making any this with none of them, only with me. My glass was empty, at no point was she available to fill it, so I paid by card and didn't tip, this attendant embarrassed me in front of all the customers, shouting at me that she wanted her tip, that I had What to give and she kept pointing at the paper, forcing me, I gave a low tip amount, then she left the table upset and screaming. Well, I've never experienced this before, I go to this restaurant a few times because I think the food is good and it's relatively close to my house, but next time I'll remember this absurd thing that happened to me and I'm definitely not going back, you guys need to improve the service, forcing customers to leave after 15 minutes after they start eating is ridiculous, please leave customers at ease and the result will...
Read moreOur first visit. Because of the negative reviews I was leary and decided to walk in with a positive attitude smiling and polite. We we're greeted right away seated and drink order was taken. We arrived for a late lunch I was surprised at how fully stocked all the service trays were full with food. Everything was piping hot. Everything was clean. Everything looked so good it was hard decision for my first plate. The food was full of flavor. And mixed well with other items on my plate. No complaints there. Desserts are typical Chinese buffet Desserts. Light and just sweet enough. The fruit was fresh and flavorful as well. The ice cream freezer had the biggest selection I've seen at Chinese buffet 8 flavors. That area was noticeably very clean as well. We were several bites into our meal and waitstaff checked in on us. Offering refills before needed. Our plates were cleared immediately. We saw four servers three of them checked on us. All three polite and the forth that did not check on us was smiling and polite as well. None of us went back for a second plate. We all ate our fill off one plate. For four over 12 our cost with tip was 17.62 a person. It was an enjoyable meal and dining experience and we will return. I guess don't go in if you can't tip the 15% you would tip somewhere else. If you see the negative reviews do not go in expecting bad service but inviting to good service. It's worth it especially if you bring...
