I recently visited food court at the Bellis Fair Mall in Bellingham, Washington, and I must say it was one of the most uncomfortable experiences I've ever had. The owner approached me and my friends while we were sitting at the food court for no apparent reason and started making us feel incredibly uneasy. It wasn't just a friendly chat—this was borderline harassment. Instead of letting people enjoy their visit, the owner of the store kept hovering around, making inappropriate comments and invading our personal space. It was very unprofessional and arrogant behaviour showcased by the owner of Cinnabon restaurant, he has no hospitality and customer service skills. I understand that a business owner might want to engage with customers visiting mall and food court to promote the business, but this was far from that. It felt more like an intrusion rather than a welcoming gesture. It really ruined what should have been an enjoyable experience. I can't recommend it to anyone who values a peaceful and pleasant outing with their families...

Daughter: may I have a sample? Man: no, buy one. Daughter: but I want a free sample... Man raises voice and says no.
Then I come over to see my daughter taken aback. I asked him if she could have a sample and he told me that you can't come 10 times a day for a sample. I said I had come once, she had not. He proceeded to tell me how scum like me scam his business. I told him I wanted a sample, and he calmed down and caved in. I gave him a dirty look and walked off.

Despite not even visiting his store—my friends and I were simply enjoying coffee from Tinto’s nearby—he approached us out of nowhere and started harassing us. His behavior was extremely unprofessional, rude, and arrogant. It was shocking to see someone in a customer service role act with such hostility for no apparent reason.
