Buyer beware! My boyfriend bought me a necklace here for my birthday. A year later the chain broke. Took it and had chain replaced under their plan. Replacement chain came apart in less than 2 days! $400 Pendant lost! Ben Bridge didn't care, even after I told them the new chain was a flimsy piece of junk. Luckily my boss found my necklace 5 days later at work. I took the necklace into a local jewelry who said the chain was a display chain and not to be worn.
