I had the worst experience with this Brand, I ordered an item online and mistakenly forgot to put a "B" for my address. This happens to change the postal code and the whole street. As I placed the order I then realized I made that mistake. I then called the costumer service line and asked if I could cancel the order. First the rep could not find the order I placed and then put me on a hold to figure out if he could modify or even cancel the order. Rep then told me he couldn't change the address because it was "personal information". He then said he could cancel the order but it was not guaranteed and it was also going to take 3-5 business days. I had no choice and agreed to do so. I then told this information to my friends and they found it silly how you couldn't modify a order you just put in and how it could be "personal information" when it was YOUR information. I then called a second time and the second rep told me that the first rep did not even put in a cancelation and that I had to call "Border Free" to cancel my order. I then proceed to call this company and no one picked up my phone call and the answering machine told me to leave a message. I then called a THIRD time to the costumer service line and told them I needed to cancel this order today or they would add a tracking number to the order which would make it diffucult to do anything. I asked for a supervisor right away, she told me that the cancellation team said NO I could not cancel the order, even with no TRACKING number. Then I asked to speak to a manager she told me the same thing and told me to wait for it to get shipped to the WRONG house and they would have to return the order and then once it was returned I would be able to get my refund. This process would take about 3 weeks, and she told me she could do nothing for me. First off, what if the person who lives at the house claimed that order which I PAID for already. Also, there policy is if it is a "human error" they can not do much about it. I also mentioned it could have been an error in the system or the computer and the manager had nothing to say. I think this is such a horrible policy to have. I paid a lot of money for this product and they expect me to order another item and pay more money. When I don't even have the first product to start with. This shouldn't be so hard to modify an order or cancel one. So anyone who is trying to buy a product online or in store. SAVE YOUR MONEY. Read moreI'm done coming to this store. If I can order from sephora I will from now on. Ive been coming multiple times a month here for the past four or five months. Noone helps you as you walk around the store. They avoid helping customers And walk right past you multiple times. They never have enough cashiers at the front. And when you finally do make it to the front because of the long lines, the cashiers don't even bother the greet you. They just look at you and dont say anything. I'm not sure where they are finding these people. They are very awkward with customers and have no social skills whatsoever. They constantly ask for your receipt even though you give them the phone number and the order and purchase history is under the phone number. They still want the receipt and treat you like a criminal if you're trying to do A. Refund or exchange even when you have a phone number and account and the purchases are on there. they never offer you the credit card. They pick and choose who to ask. They don't tell you about your rewards and points that you have on your account. They don't offer the samples that are supposed to come with certain purchases. It takes three people to solve a problem and none of those people bother to open up a new line to help the long lines go down. I've been in the store countless times when they have had 3 people working with one person on something and none of them Apologize for the wait, none of them Say we'll be with you in a moment- None of them stop to open up a till to get the line down. They walk off and leave the front. They act like you are bothering them when you are spending money in the store. Robots would be better. Read moreI got my hair done at the Ulta Salon earlier this month. The visit itself was fine, I wanted a shampoo and a hair trim, the girl was nice to me and I was nice back. She even added some curls to my hair. Now I know why she did that. Once I washed my hair myself a few days later, I saw the haircut was choppy, un-even and there were major parts of my head the woman just did not cut. Be mindful who you trust with your hair. This was my first time using Ulta's salon and I will not be relying on Ulta for my haircuts again.
UPDATE: I took whoever responded to my reviews' advice and on March 26, 2022 I called Ulta's number ending in 8582 to speak with a human being. The first time I called, I spoke to a woman for 8 minuets explaining my concerns before the call "disconnected". Oddly enough the call disconnected right as I was wanting to make a "store complaint". I called the number back, got a different woman, explained how the last call had been disconnected right as I was wanting to make a "store complaint". In the middle of asking me a question, that 2 minuet call disconnects just like the first one! I am in shock. It's important for me to note how I never get so upset to the point of writing a review about a business. I understand what a bad review can do to any business. But this is my hair. Hair I have been trying to grow out for years, and now I cannot even look at it when it's not in a pony tail. Pure sadness and disappointment.
UPDATE #2: April 25, 2022. Nobody has contacted me from Ulta to fix THEIR mistake. Nobody has followed though with my complaint about the awful haircut I received. Nadda! Zip!
