I'm on a personal adventure that I call my "Chippin' Away Tour." So far, El Sueñito has the highest score. El Suenito chicken nachos 9/10 3/30/25 **Toppings** -Chicken (shredded) -Olives -Jalapenos -Sour cream (sauce form?) -topped with a scoop of cold guac. -Refried beans -warm queso blanco cheese -home made chips **Price** $20+ ($14+$6 protein) **Cheese** **type** Blanco queso **Presentation** Served in a big bowl. **Summary** With a fair distribution of fresh toppings and homemade chips, these nachos have been my favorite so far. The chips are slightly harder than normal and didn't break under the pressure of the fresh guac and delicious queso. Every bite was flavorful. I attribute that to the fact that all of the toppings and chips being evenly mixed. I really enjoyed the flavor of the fresh guac to the warm queso. I feel like the portion of refried beans was enough to add a healthy base to the overall taste. The only thing I docked points for was that I had to end up using a fork to finish some of the toppings. Though that could have just been my fault for not putting enough toppings on my chips. The price was $14 which is insane for how good it was. And paying an extra $6 for chicken felt worth it. Though, nice to know I could get that for only $14.

Do you enjoy perfectly creamy guacamole with a fabulous crunchy tortilla chip? How about shrimp tacos that will literally make you hoop and holler? And how about chasing it down with a crisp, refreshing beer? If you want to give your taste buds a treat, while surrounded by friendly staff, and a community-focused environment then El Sueñito is the place for you. For those who suffer from making hard choices like myself, you’ll be happy to discover that there are no wrong choices here, everything on the menu is worth trying over and over. I personally have tried the guacamole, beans and rice, carnitas and shrimp tacos, tamales (bean/cheese, pork) beer and margaritas — and would order them all again. *disclaimer, I have been to el Sueñito a few times, I most definitely did not order all of the listed items during one visit. The space is inclusive and alive, it’s clear the owners worked hard to cultivate an inviting space for all, and hold their staff to a high standard. I plan on coming back regularly.

Immediately 100% YES. I probably haven’t done a review yet because subconsciously I thought then it would stay a secret. Well, it’s always buzzing here in the best way - clearly the secret is out! The tacos🌮 are the best in town! The beer is SO good🍻. The tamales deserve all the hype. And don’t miss the tajin rimmed margarita! But I really come here because the vibe is impeccable. 🙌 Like bottle it up and I’d pay for it. All the elements come together just right - The music (staff collaboration playlists) is always🎶 great, the lighting is not too bright, the decor is gorgeous 💋with a vibrant mural that has me whispering to my ancestors hoping I’m fulfilling their wildest dreams, the swag is noice. And then there’s that extra little bit of magic that the really cool spots have that you can’t really explain ! Oh, and also most of their menu (if not all of it) is gluten free! 🙀🫶

El Sueñito Brewing Company isn’t just another brewery—it’s a cultural experience right here in Bellingham. While they serve some fantastic beers and drinks, the real star of the show is undoubtedly their tamales. Made with genuine passion and traditional techniques, these tamales are a taste of authentic culinary artistry.

What sets El Sueñito apart is the careful training of their staff. Each employee brings a deep understanding of the flavors and preparation methods that make their food so special. This training ensures that every dish, especially the tamales, is authentic and richly satisfying. The staff's dedication to their craft is evident in every bite, combining perfectly with their warm, welcoming service.

The brewery itself offers a fantastic selection of beers, each crafted to complement the menu. The drinks are just as thoughtfully prepared as the food, with options ranging from classic favorites to innovative new blends that excite the palate.

El Sueñito Brewing Company is truly a gem in Bellingham’s culinary landscape. The combination of excellent beers, authentic tamales, and a passionate, well-trained team makes this spot uniquely special. Whether you’re a local or just passing through, a visit here offers more than just a meal—it’s a memorable experience that celebrates the rich flavors and traditions of...

If you're a fan of tamales and craft beer, you absolutely have to check out El Sueñito. This charming restaurant and brewery has a lot to offer, from its fantastic staff to its delectable food and drinks.

When it comes to the tamales, my personal favorite was the mushroom and cheese. This tamale was so flavorful and cheesy, and the mushrooms added a perfect earthy touch. But really, you can't go wrong with any of the options on the menu. Each tamale is made with care and attention to detail, resulting in a perfectly cooked masa and delicious filling. And then there's the beer. El Sueñito has a great selection of craft beers, but my favorite by far was the horchata milk stout. This unique beer has a delicious, creamy flavor with a hint of cinnamon, making it the perfect accompaniment to the rich and savory tamales.

But what really sets El Sueñito apart is its staff. From the moment you walk in the door, you're greeted with a warm and welcoming smile. The staff is knowledgeable about the menu and happy to help you choose the perfect tamale and beer pairing.

All in all, El Sueñito is a gem of a restaurant and brewery that deserves all the praise it gets. Whether you're looking for a quick snack or a full meal, this place has you covered. Don't miss out on the chance to try their incredible...
