A lot of moms on Facebook complain that this place “isn’t as nice as the old kids museum” but my son has lots of fun here. I like that he’s able to run around and explore without me feeling like he will get lost. I also appreciate that if you pay for the day you also get the other parts of the museum. The only thing I dislike is there is an older lady who sometimes works in the children’s museum section and she’s ruder than hell. Pursed lips, no smile, immediately stated when I walked in my first time that they “limit cell phone use” and to not be on my phone, as if I had it out and wasn’t paying attention to my son (I assume it’s because I look like a younger mother, but it was a pretty accusatory tone that she used when staring this). Read moreTotally worth it for me. You can play tons of vintage video games and various other amusing games and feel like a kid again. Parking is a bit of a challenge and and they should stay open latter on the weekends but other than that it's perfect. Family friendly. I took my camera around and got some amazing pictures the wife playing games. The staff was polite and even asked me if I was enjoying myself. Can't wait to go back next year. There are many art supplies in one of the rooms that allow young people to create something to take with them when they leave.
