Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Bellingham

This Little Caesar’s store on Lakeway Drive is my go-to neighborhood pizza place. They have plenty of competition but deliver a tasty product and efficient service that I’ve been pleased with many times, until now. Last week on 4/15 I ordered a pizza using their app for pickup. The app confirmed my order, gave me a code for the Pizza Portal (230) and a pickup window of 6:41 to 6:46. When I got there around 6:45, the pizza wasn’t ready and the clerk asked me if I wanted to order and I explained the pickup order, was asked for my name and the told it wasn’t ready yet. Everyone else before and after me got their orders and my pizza finally arrived, at 6:58. I have never had a late delivery until then.

Today, same story, same order, new number 215, and pickup window of 5:49 to 5:54. Same story, pizza not ready, after some shuffling around the excuse was offered that “the stuffed crust pizza had to be redone.” I finally got the pizza at 6:08.

I don’t know what’s happened to Little Caesar’s but I’m not happy with their recent efforts. It’s time to reexport my other pizza options...

This is the Best Little Caesars in my area hands-down there is a woman with short hair who works here that is always very kind and welcoming she definitely knows her customer service and I recognize that and appreciate that about her. She always goes out of her way to give my kids a pack of animal cookies every time we go in there. The last couple times I have ordered here though someone is making very wide crust and less pizza My last pizza crust was at least 3 1/2 to 4 inches wide so it’s just a lot of extra plain bread I figure maybe you guys have a new person that just needs a little more training or something and wanted to bring it to...

Quick service, extremely clean & neat, and the employees have a great sense of humor both in talking to the customer, and when you can hear them in the back working. Especially considering how close they are to the university which can sometimes lead to 50+ pizzas ordered at a time, they don't show any stress.

About the only downside is that corporate took away their chicken & ranch toppings last month, thus the only reason I didn't give...
