Slo Pitch Sports Grill & Casino — Restaurant in Bellingham

I have been coming here for years without a problem and after last night, I will NEVER go here again. Recently the food has taken a severe dive in quality, my water had what appeared to be raw hamburger floating in the bottom of the cup, all our burgers were extremely burned. Aside from the bad food, there was a guy high out of his mind on meth, tweaking like you wouldn't believe ( at one point I hear him say "whoa I almost got lost for a second" and then start laughing hysterically while pacing up and down the restaurant) The whole thing made me and my family extremely uncomfortable, especially since the guy kept walking right by our table, Management never stepped in and made the poor waitress kick him out, which didn't work because he was so high he went out into the parking lot and then came right back inside and sat down again, I suggested to an employee that they call the police, instead she sent our poor waitress over to him with a menu and a glass of water. Unbelievable. I flat out refuse to support a business that treats their employees like that. What is the point of having a manager that does nothing and makes the waitress handle a potentially dangerous, unpredictable guy that isn't even a patron! Upon leaving the restaurant, I called the police for them since they were clearly not capable of handling a situation like that, which seems ridiculous to me considering that they have a liquor license and...

4-1-13 - Servers are awful! They are rude, and don't know the meaning of customer service at all. Who ever the Bar manager is ... SUCKS . Learn how to hire. The staff talks about their personal problems in front of customers, i saw the bartender who looks like Amy Whinehouse wipe her nose with her hand, then make a drink.. Gross. There were Hookers in the establishment, and apparetly they nest in the two hotels next door, information thanks to the slo pitch staff themselves. Another bartender was out in the back dealing drugs to a customer, her name started with a N, can't miss her, rude, loud, lots of tats, and long un-keeped hair.

So if you want to dine with hookers, get bad service, and have your drinks and or food handed to you with questionable clean hands, then this is the place to be.

Better of at New York Pizza or Bostons for all your Sports needs, and amazing service. I would rather gamble at the Silver Theif than the Slo...

I would have loved too give it 5 stars, but unfortunately they didnt cook our burgers completely abd they were still bright pink in the middle. We called them and asked of rhey could just redo the burgers well done, and they said "no problem we can do that it will be another 10-15 minutes is that ok?" I said sure. I waited for 25 minutes and when I got there I still had to stand there waiting for an additional 10 minutes. The burger I checked right at the bar was well done but when I got back to my room my burger was still pink in the middle. So make sure if you order burgers or anything involving meat, make sure it is cooked all the way through,since the cook can't seem to get meat cooked to the customers specifications.They sure weren't worth the $30 we paid...
