One of the worst Taco bells we have been to. My wife and i, on average, spend $100 a week at Taco Bell. Where truck drivers and it happens to be at many the truck stops we go to. We enjoy their food for the most part but the service is terrible at most of them. This one in particular is by our home. We go to it and often it isn't open even after they're opening time. They have no signs up at times and we'll sit at the drive-thru for a minute or two waiting for someone to take our order only to realize they're not open yet and they should have been open a half hour before. This one also change their hours recently and they don't open until 10:30 or 10:00. They still serve breakfast for a while and then we went in and all we don't serve breakfast anymore. We tried to be as pleasant as we can to everyone we can everywhere we go, but unfortunately sometimes that doesn't matter and at this particular Taco Bell we have been treated rudely many. It's rare that I give a bad review because I like to see the good things in the places we visit but I have been wanting to ream this Taco Bell for a long time. Unfortunately it is almost impossible to get a hold of Taco Bell or to write a review anywhere else. The app we have is useless and we have tried to get a hold of Taco Bell to find out what the problem is because we have many points but cannot use them because the app will not allow us to pay for our order from the app therefore we cannot order any special items or use our points for free stuff. Taco Bell has never responded to us.!! I just asked my wife what else about this particular Taco Bell and all she could say was everything. That about sums it up. Get your act together Taco Bell. Take pride in your work regardless of what it is. Serve people with a smile even if you don't want to be there. It'll get...
Read moreEvery single time my order gets messed up here. The manager takes your order like he’s speaking at a sales auction trying to sell cows to a group of highest bidders. Talks over you does not just be quiet and let u say ur order. I asked if he could just stop talking so I can modify my order but he just doesn’t stop with his motor mouth. It was so bad that my 54$ order was all wrong. When I don’t eat Spicey things and ask them to be removed, he doesn’t catch it Bec he’s tooo busy hearing himself talk. He probably costs the company a lot of money with all his incorrect orders. I asked to seal to the manager but apparently he is thd manager. I asked for someone above him like a general manager- but Lynn at drive thru window said she doesn’t have any numbers to give. Btw Lynn was nice but she seemed timid and not sure what to do with my complaint. Which I get because it’s about her boss. The dude heard me complain about him. Not once did he say anything to intervene- I’m a regional manager and I definitely would have stepped in if someone were complaining about me. His customer service skills are horrible, the only thing he showed me was how he can talk and talk with great speed. He needs to take public speaking classes and learn when to engage, and when to LISTEN it was very rude how he was in drive thru. I shouldn’t have to ask for someone to stop talking over me. Such a...
Read moreOne star removed for presentation otherwise American Taco Bell is WAY better than what I have in Canada. I got the baja Blast Freeze which is two of my favorites in one. A slurpee and baja bĺast, this was the highlight, the other food items was the Nacho Fries box. The following is the contents of the box: The Doritos Taco was your basic Taco Bell taco but a cheese dusted shell. The taco was stuffed, stuffed with meat cheese and lettuce. I'd never get tacos in Canada that were this full, I'd lucky it was half full. USA taco bell does not play around with the tacos. The next item in the box was a burrito which was a warm, gooey, mess but in a good way. It was tasty but not mind blowing, your average thrown together burrito with beef, sour cream, queso, and beans. Sadly, the nacho cheese fries were not as great as hyped up to be. The fries were costed unevenly in some kind of seasoning and then I was to dip them in cheese sauce. The concept seems good but missed the mark in execution, in my opinion. Would I return? 100% I loved taco bell as a kid and the American restaurants offer more choices of menu items at a better valuve even factoring in conversation. Oh! I also had the Cinnamon bites (I was going for the full experance) yiu NEED to try these. As long as they are not over fried, I had 1 like that, they...
