I forgot my phone in the in the craft supply aisle after after purchasing the items I walked out of the store realized that I left my phone in the craft supply aisle which is not exactly the smartest thing to do at a Walmart. After going to grab my phone with the item still in hand, mind you receipt and item still in hand blatant receipts in hand. Completely obvious that the receipt was in my hand I noticed it in person was following me and I said you don't have to follow me. I have a receipt for this item cuz you was obviously lost prevention as we're walking out of the store. After saying that to said person I had two employees including loss prevention person chasing me out of the store proceeding to accuse me of stewing asking me to drop all the items that I had in my hand after I blatantly told lost prevention guy that I had a receipt And was just going to grab my cell phone that I left in the aisle. I am not a a person that looks like I'm going to steal. I stand out in a crowd. Why would anybody that stands out in crowd want to steal? Not only that, why tell the loss prevention guy that was following me that I had a receipt for the items. Am I not on camera purchasing these items? I have social anxiety disorder agoraphobia. It takes everything in the world for me to even go in the store, let alone being treated like that. Never in my life have I ever felt so bullied and so undervalued as a customer? How discouraging that was so triggering to my mental health issues that I have never been back to a store let alone in Walmart by myself ever since then. What a terrible way to treat somebody, especially to a point where I can't go to a store anymore by myself because it was so traumatic to me. Walmart, you are beyond disrespectful beyond harmful . Employees, loss prevention and security are bullies. I felt like it was in high school all over again. Good job guys! Yes...

I went to go pick up an order my boss placed. Tried walking in the customer service area, an older really short female employee with salt and pepper hair and glasses gave me the most attitude I've gotten from any worker anywhere in the LONGEST time. She snapped saying "it's closed back here." Apparently for the night or perhaps because they're rearranging. I said "oh, ok. Thank you.... do you know where I can pick......." and I knew she could hear me because she was walking right passed me as I was talking. But she was too busy to help or acknowledge me, or something. I'm not sure what her problem is with me, but it wasn't the first time this worker gave me such an ugly attitude. The last time was while I was doing a return. I tend to overspend so I was bringing some of the stuff back. I had already returned some of the same receipt with no problem. But when this particular worker helped me ALL OF A SUDDEN I couldn't receive cash back because of whatever reason and she says "Here I'll show you my screen" but turns it towards me and back to herself too fast for me to see anything. Weird
Electronics section is a little slow. My daughter and I stood there waiting for 20 minutes to get some LED lights. Ended up going with a cheaper brand to save us the wait. Only one person (who was nowhere to be seen) had a set of keys to get into the case.
Went for stuff to tune up my car, wasn't able to find everything I needed.
The guy working pick up orders was nice enough to help me, even though they were...
Read moreBy the way, these two stars are not for the store but the employee I’m reviewing this person almost never want to help me no matter what time of the day it is whether it is 8 am in the morning or afternoon, even when she’s free and she’s not helping anyone She still will not help me and Like put it on somebody else to help me and she’ll look for excuses any manager in the store whether it is Chad or Rob in the cashier area they are always helping. I’ve never seen any manager refusing a customer for the customer service they need but this person have almost I feel like a title ego that she feel like she doesn’t have to help customer but this is not the customer service. Any employee should provide customer service in the store in America. I’m trying to say is That I may not make a difference being a personal of colour and different appearance as a regular American but I figured I should speak my mind today. It’s been months and I’ve asked this person to help me so many times but she never helps. Some times her name is CJCJ. Sometimes her name is Kalhon But I don’t know what her actual name is but I think that maybe pushing Carts outside the Walmart for a week would bring her some humility that she’s not there because she doesn’t have to help anyone. She’s there to help people and she’s getting paid for that she needs to provide the customer service to every customer she runs and I do I hope that this can make a...
