For Bellingham, selection Could be more varied and frankly lacking in a few things, but it's GrossOut so expectations are set lower than a James Cameron movie.
Wood used to be cheaper, you can get better produce deals at winco or Safeway, sometimes even Haggen, and they're supposed to be the pricy ones. Liquor prices aren't Saving you money here, just the same after liquor tax as elsewhere. There is an interesting article Oregon just printed about a customer suing (with due cause) over the tags marking prices from "Elsewhere" in Grocery Outlets as fake inflated, or sometimes just flat out lies. I'd believe it. I've seen it's not true, those Elsewhere prices. I'm disappointed but not surprised. Pro tip for Instacart shoppers, Don't go here if you have to get produce and weigh it for others, half the time they decide "customers broke our scales, wah" and they don't have any out to weigh anything, for yourself or anyone else. You will lose your customer tip as part of your batch order if you take too long and the customer gets grumpy, and most likely lose the batch pay being worth it at that point. Pro tip for Grocery Outlet managers, if you have a contract with Instacart, then you need to meet in the middle with certain necessary concessions or you should end the contract with them. ... oh, you Can't afford to do that? Then you Can afford to buy scales, And pay your employees enough to make it worth it for them to be there, And put up with you insulting them like that. Very uncool Grocery Outlet. If grocery outlet can't budget their figurative and literal scales in regards to whom they are Existing for to service, then you can save money Everywhere else, Including driving to Any of the Other Grocery Outlets. Bellingham Grocery Outlet, You gotta start steppin up more. You are embarrassing yourself.
You have to make it make sense. And you just don't anymore. "Taking a peek to see if there's any deals" is no longer justifiable when gas is as expensive as it is now. If the crapshoot of a chance whether you'll help or not isn't even there anymore, why bother in the first...

Read moreFirst time ever going into one of these Grocery Outlet stores. I can't believe I haven't been going here since I moved back home over a year ago. They have some of the coolest stuff that you don't see in grocery stores and they're really inexpensive. I mean more than 50% less than the grocery store sometimes more than that. They have unusual candies that I've never seen before and the snacks and cookies are so much less than in your regular local grocery store. Lots of fruit veggies and cheese but not a huge selection of everything. But the selection they do have is unusual and good and stuff you just don't see in the grocery store everyday. I will be going here a lot now that I know what it's all about. What's cool is at the bottom of your receipt it tells you how much you're saving compared to if you went to a regular grocery store. I was shocked when my total bill was $24 and my savings was $38. Staff was friendly and helpful and even though they seem to be busy all the time keep their cool and always have a smile...
